Professional service, I recommend
We met a lady, Amanda at the meeting area and she helped with our bags and took us to our driver Daniels who was so lovely and friendly. Our transfer was seamless and very comfortable. There was great communication throughout. I received an email the night before we left letting me know our return pick-up was unchanged and on schedule. We were collected by Nelson, another really lovely driver, again the vehicle was spotless and the journey was very pleasant and comfortable.
We were a family of 6, 3 adults and 3 children.
We met lovely people on our holiday and two that stood out were our drivers from and to the airport, they were friendly and professional, they were part of our holiday experience.

Our trip to Lisbon
We used this company 3 times throughout our stay in the Lisbon area. I found the company excellent to deal with. We were a group of 8 and the vans that this company provided were excellent, spacious and comfortable. The drivers were so helpful and gave us lots useful and historical information. Booking our journeys were very easy, I used the online booking form and I phoned for another journey and every thing was seamless. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough and will use them again. In particular their drivers Joao and Hugo were extremely helpful and informative

Everything you promised was done
Everything you promised was done . Your driver was there on our arrival and was extremely curteous. The Mercedescar was very clean. The same was the case on our return trip to the Lisbon airport.
All in all an excellent performance.

Service provided was excellent.
Driver tracked our late flight and met us directly. Cristina was very pleasant and professional. She spoke English very well. The car was a very clean Mercedes. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Easy booking online
Easy booking online. Received numerous confirmation emails following the booking and reminders. Was also given very clear instructions as to where to meet the driver. Driver was on time.
I also had to change our pick up time - I did this via email and received a confirmation email straightaway confirming change. Return pick up was at 2.30am and driver shown up on time and was extremely helpful with my Mum who uses a wheelchair - I would definitely use this company again.

Whilst the price was very premium, we were pleased with the service provided by both ancillary staff and the taxi driver, very friendly and helpful. Made a smooth transition from airport to our accommodation .
