Very smooth meet and greet, with clear directions to meeting point in airport. Our driver (Joao) was very courteous and gave us lots of tips on where to visit etc.

There was a slight delay (10 minutes) at a very crowded Lisbon Airport but we were eventually met and taken to our Mercedes car which was driven by Christina; she proved to be an excellent driver and a very charming lady all the way to Evora! I will use this service again!

I would advise to collect clients so they arrive 3 hours before their flight time at Lisbon Airport, as the checking in and security and passports queues were extremely busy and travellers were running to the gate to get the flight in time. It’s because of the new biometrics checks for non EU passengers

Excellent experience using Lisbon Transfers
Excellent experience using Lisbon Airport Services for our Airport transfer to and from Cascais. Our flight was delayed on arrival communication was great and our driver was waiting for us. Both our drivers on arrival and departure were professional and friendly and arrived promptly. We would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them for any transfer you may need.

Stress-Free Transfer – Perfect End to a Quick Weekend
Francisco provided an excellent, stress-free airport transfer experience, perfect after a quick weekend trip. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and spoke excellent English. During the drive, he shared insights about his beautiful country and recommended places to visit, which added a thoughtful personal touch.
The car was clean, very comfortable, and the drive was smooth. I felt completely safe with his driving, which made the experience even more relaxing.
Communication was outstanding, after booking, I received a confirmation text, a reminder the day before, and another message the day of the transfer. When he arrived at the hotel, he also sent a message to let me know, he had arrived.
This was one of the most organized and reliable transfers I’ve had while traveling. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a dependable, comfortable ride.

Outstanding company - highly recommended
We booked return transfers from Lisbon Airport to Nazare and the service from this company was outstanding. The company texted to confirm details the day before each transfer which provided assurance everything was in hand. Upon arrival we followed the directions to check in where our name was displayed. 5 minutes after checking we were greeted and shown to our transfer - a lovely clean, spacious and new vehicle. Our drivers (Patrick and Fernando) were superb, highlighting points of interest on the route and ensuring we were comfortable. On the way out there we had to divert due to bad weather and Patrick explained why and apologised the transfer would be a little longer than planned. It was really reassuring that passenger safety was important. Our transfer arrived early on the way back and again, this was a completely smooth and pleasant journey right to the terminal.
I would recommend using this company to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future. They clearly care a great deal about providing excellent customer service and they certainly deliver that as well. An easy 5 star review!
