I ordered two separate sets of earrings from the Lisa Jordan collection before Christmas.The service was amazing, I received them within 3 days and so close to Christmas.I was delighted with the quality of them.Everyone who saw them had nothing but lovely comments about them.Delighted 5 star rating for Lillywho, well done, great Irish brand.

I ordered this product not long after Christmas and before the end of last month I got it! Absolutely adore it and I’m so glad I bought it.. it’s simple yet elegant and such good value for money.. would highly recommend… Terrie mcevoy one of ur brand ambassadors actually reccommended this and I love and follow her still.. I love the seamless look of the clasp of the watch .. told my friends to invest in one also ❤️🤗

I ordered a gold necklace with engraving on it. I bought it for my Mam this year and got it engraved with my Dad’s handwriting who passed away many years ago. I got the Rose Gold Mini-Bar necklace with an engraving with my handwriting of the receiver's name and it turned out beautifully. Dispatched 3 days after ordering and received 3 days later. Turned out absolutely beautiful. The engraving is well done and subtle enough not to be in your face when wearing. Love it!

Quality is ok but the engraving is so poor. Cramped and hard to read. Was hoping to gift to groomsmen for our wedding but not too happy with them.

Awful delivery service - pls change courier
Strongly suggest you change your courier. GLS were absolutely awful, waiting 2 weeks for an order that should have arrived in 48 hours (according to your website). LilyWho customer service could only advise that I contacted the courier myself. Constant back and forth and promises from the courier that the parcel would be delivered, still havent received it and now I am having to drive an hour to the couriers depot to collect the items off them myself.
I'm sure the products themselves will be fine but I definitely wont be ordering again after the hassle over the delivery.

Hi Dee, We are so sorry for the delay. As per our phone call to you, we did chase up on this parcel with the courier and were informed it would be delivered that day. This was an error from the courier and unfortunately, the delay was due to the huge parcel volumes they are working with. We have contacted them this morning and they informed us that it would be delivered before Christmas however you would prefer to collect it today. We completely understand your frustration and the urgency to collect this parcel. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
