They sent 2 times damaged item and putting hands up..saying they are not responsible. They are not following their own guarantee policies.

Mandan un escritorio. En los plazos de entrega indican de 45 a 60 días. No lo cumplen. Cuando me llega el paquete la sorpresa es que llega con todas las tablas con defectos de fabricación. Rallones, la esquina del tablero de la mesa partida, el laminado de la madera descascarillado, golpes, un desastre. No sé ni cómo no les da vergüenza mandar un producto en este estado. Si tuviera la posibilidad de poner fotos se os quitarían las ganas de comprar en esta tienda. No compréis nada en esta tienda. Cuando te pones en contacto con ellos para solucionarlo no ofrecen ninguna solución!

Etagère commandée depuis mai 2025 et toujours pas livrée. Au bout de trois mois cette entreprise me demande une adresse de livraison ???? ARNAQUE. Site à fuir absolument. Lorsque l'on veut communiquer avec eux par mail, l'espace de l'écriture du message est tellement réduite que seul le début est transmis. EPOUVANTABLE mais bien ficelé au niveau de l'ARNAQUE. On se demande comment ce site peut encore exister ???

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH LITFAD.
DON'T YOU EVER BUY ANYTHING IN THIS SITE. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. SEE MY EXPERIENCE BELOW:
I placed an order that included 2 chairs and a table.
Upon receiving the order, I noticed that the table I received had a different height than the one advertised on the website. The advertised height was 105 cm, but the one I received barely reached 95 cm. In addition, the tabletop was damaged and showed marks and scratches.
I contacted Litfad’s support and what they offered was to send me a new tabletop. I insisted that, besides having a damaged tabletop, the legs of the table did not have the agreed length and that the table’s height was lower than advertised.
I tried to reach an understanding with them, requesting reasonable compensation for the inconvenience caused, since I would have to take care of finding replacement legs myself. The person in charge of my case was not receptive.
They also did not give me the option to return the items.
In summary, I am completely dissatisfied with the purchase I made and I truly feel CHEATED by this company.

He comprado 3 taburetes para mi cocina. Venían en dos paquetes. El primer paquete con un taburete me llegó y el otro paquete pone q està en tránsito desde hace dos meses. Les escribo por el chat y al correo electrónico y nadie me da una solución. Tienen mi dinero y mis taburetes. Vergonzoso !

Cometí el error de comprar un escritorio en este sitio sin haber leído opiniones antes. Tienen un web muy bien hecho y con fotos bonitas de sus productos pero la realidad es que son unos estafadores.

El pedido me llegó más de dos meses después de la compra con un embalaje totalmente insuficiente y con todos los componentes del mueble con rayadas, golpes y desperfectos por todas partes, además que la calidad es lo peor que he visto nunca.

Tras reclamar de inmediato la devolución y que me reembolsen el dinero, enviando fotos de todo, como piden, para demostrar el deplorable estado del producto, lo único que me han respondido unos cuantos días después es que me quieren recompensar enviándome un "pequeño regalo" (una lucecita en forma de unicornio o dinosaurio!?) porque dicen que los desperfectos no afectan al uso... me parece increíble. No solo me siento estafado sino que encima se ríen de ello.

Productos de muy mala calidad. Las fotos que muestran son buenísimas y eso hace que la gente compre pero la realidad es que el producto es de lo peor que he visto. Faltan piezas, los cajones se caen, los tableros tienen una lamina muy fina de papel, madera golpeada y llena de serrín.... un engaño. No vuelvo a comprar

Pongo 1 porque no se puede poner cero. Son timadores. Una pena no haber leído los comentarios antes es de comprar. Compré un armario de metal, que llegó con rayajos, doblado por algunas partes y con polvillo de metal que parece ser óxido. Pagué un seguro, el envío y el armario. Les reclamé y me iban ofreciendo descuentos siempre y cuando me hiciera cargo de los gastos de devolución. Los gastos de envío por devolución se asemejan o son superiores al precio del armario. No compréis allí. Lo tienen todo bien pensado para no devolver el dinero de productos enviados empaquetados como para que se estropeen durante el viaje o productos que venían ya en mal estado desde el origen. Muy enfadada. Me han timado. Creo que funcionan así por los comentarios que he leído.

Complete scam. Sent my table after 5 months without legs.
Promised to refund me for chairs which were completely different than on the website and also broken. Now they don’t want to refund me at all. How can you send a table with no legs?! By the way the table also had marker pens over it which doesn’t come off. Report them to the police in China

DO NOT BUY SCAM ARTISTS. I'm extreme embarrassed to say I bought off this company absolutely awful.
The item was faulty only recieved the table top today after ordering in February.
NO INSTRUCTIONS.
They never reply and similar to other stories they just try to fob you off about a refund. (You paying shipping fees etc)
Worst company ever. They do not care and products horrific quality.
£200 down the drain!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a vanity unit which arrived damaged after 9 weeks of waiting. The whole packaging was damaged and a shelf. It has now been 3 weeks of me trying to sort out a refund or replacement of the damaged piece. Till now I have no idea what is going on. I was told it would be another 6 -8 weeks for the one shelf to arrive. Who is this company. My advise - stay away. If they don't sort it out I will have to go to my credit card company. Such hard work. Never to use this company again. Forgot to mention - the instructions were in Chinese!

Lamentable. Compré un zapatero a Liftad que, además de ser un producto caro para la calidad que tiene, tardó más de tres meses en llegar.
Cuando llegó, estaba todo el embalaje destrozado, habiendo causado daños al mueble. No es de extrañar, porque el embalaje era de pésima calidad y, después de meses de viaje...
Presentada la reclamación, no se hacen cargo y se dedican a ofrecerme migajas en plan bazar. Por supuesto no voy a entrar en su juego.
Lo que sí haré es recomendar allí donde pueda que NO COMPRES EN LIFTAD.

I ordered a shoerack which you can sit on top of it as it has a cushion to sit. First time I sat on it, it broke and cracked in the middle. I have been asking for a full refund and they are not willing. After 10 emails this is their response:

If you want a full refund, you need to return the goods to us first, but because you did not purchase insurance when placing an order, you need to refund it to us at your own expense (including international shipping, customs clearance fees, etc.). After we receive the product, we will refund the product price (part of your amount is freight, which has been paid to the logistics company, so we do not refund the shipping fee).

How about we give you a 15% refund of the item price and reissue the broken part? Can you accept it?

They are the WORST company! I gave them a chance twice, and twice I was robbed. Literally!

Rien ne se passe bien avec ces gens, ils prennent les clients pour des imbéciles. J'ai passé commande d'un plafonnier pour 110 Euros le 26 janvier 2025, et ma commande n'est toujours pas arrivée! après de multiples échanges avec eux dans lesquels ils disent qu'ils ont beaucoup de travail (ie pas que moi comme client), puis qu'ils ont cru que ma commande avait été annulée, il se sont engagés à livrer fin mai. Cela n'est pas arrivé, et je viens de découvrir mon colis (une simple lampe bon sang..) est désormais à Rotterdam après avoir passé la douane, en attente de ré-expédition. Je passe tous les détails tant le service client est absolument catastrophique et décevant (foulage de gueule) Je m'attends au pire quand mon colis sera livré en terme de qualité (j'ai lu les autres avis et tous les gens déçu par des promesses non tenues). Bref, Ne vous laissez pas entrainer à leur commander quoi que ce soit ! Ce site devrait être interdit par la répression des fraudes.
