DES VOLEURS, j'ai "acheté" un meuble que je n'ai toujours pas reçu depuis le mois de novembre 2025 !!!! Pourtant je suis quelqu'un de très patient mais là ils ont réussi à me faire craquer. Malgré mes demandes de remboursement, ils m'ignorent et me sortent des phrases toutes construites. Je suis très en colère parce que le prix n'est pas négligeable et ce n'est pas comme si j'étais riche. A éviter les gens, pour votre propre bien.

I t spent over £200 on different coloured plush slot in tiles. I would have to spend over £300 to finish my bedroom. I am on pensions, so have to wait till I can afford But I am not going to buy any more. The ones I have laid don't slot in properly. They fray and some are smaller than others. In other words cheap. I am taking them up and buying a carpet which I should have done in the first place. Absolute rubbish company. I would not recommend them to anyone..I am bitterly disappointed on the money I have wasted. Mary Jenkinson

Site à fuir et à ne rien acheter chez eux !! La couleur du produit n’est pas conforme aux photos du site. Chez eux le beige c’est du blanc ! J’ai commander une coiffeuse avec un tabouret attente de 3 mois avec retard à la livraison ils vous avertisse même pas que vous allez être livrer pour être chez vous . La couleur de la coiffeuse beige commander arrive avec un jaune et le tabouret beige commander arrive en blanc . Quand nous les contactons pour leurs faire parts de leur erreurs ils ne veulent pas faire de remboursement ni de récupérer les articles car c’est à nous client de payer le retour de la livraison alors que l’erreur vient d’eux . Aucun geste commercial proposer ils vous proposer des articles de bas de gamme comme un aspirateur que j’ai reçu on dirais un jouet pour enfant tellement ce n’est pas de la qualité . C’est des gros voleurs et non aucun sens dans le commerce .!!

J’ai commandé un bureau début mai 2025, je l’attends encore et nous sommes en février 2026.
Impossible de me faire rembourser, ce sont des escrocs.
Après plusieurs mois de réclamations ils m’ont annoncé que le colis s’était perdu et qu’ils m’en envoyaient un autre ; je l’ai reçu il y a un mois environ, j’ai du le refuser car il était très endommagé ; même le transporteur l’avait signalé et m’avait conseillé de ne pas l’accepter, ce que j’ai fait. Je leur ai même envoyé plusieurs photos du carton déchiré et très abîmé.
Ils m’ont proposé de m’en envoyer un autre, je l’attends encore et ne veulent pas me rembourser.
TRÈS DÉÇUE ! Pas de bureau et pas de remboursement, que faire ? Cette histoire dure depuis presque 1 an.
Je rajoute que j’ai contracté lors de mon achat une assurance proposée par Litfad de plus de 200€ en cas de problème, c’est la cerise sur le gâteau.

Commande d'une table de salon début décembre livraison mi février produit qui n'a rien a voir avec le descriptif du site : plateau vrillé, épaisseur du matériau non conforme, vis de montage apparents, bi-color qui n'était pas sur le site. Un scandale.

Les pongo una estrella porque no dejan poner menos, llevo 4 meses esperando una mesa y tienen la desfachatez de decirme que no sea impaciente. En el seguimiento del paquete indica una agencia de transportes con número de seguimiento que la propia agencia me indica que no existe. Me dicen que están esperando que la agencia les conteste y llevan esperando que les conteste 3 semanas, cuando yo les escribí a esa agencia y en 10 minutos ya me habían contestado. Es una autentica estafa, el servicio de atención al cliente pasa absolutamente de todo y se ríen en tu cara con comentarios, como gracias por su paciencia estamos esperando que el proveedor de transportes se comunique con nosotros, de locos vamos. NO COMPREIS, SON UNOS ESTAFADORES.

Es de las peores experiencias que recuerdo comprando online. 3 meses de espera para recibir el pedido y cuando lo recibimos está todo destrozado, no se puede montar el mueble. Y llevamos otro tanto de tiempo para devolverlo y recuperar el dinero y no hay manera de que atención al cliente ayude. No son productos baratos, si no queréis tirar el dinero a la basura alejaos de esta tienda. Tendría que actuar facua para no dejar operar a estos estafadores en este país.

I had a very bad experience. I ordered one desk and one chair. they delivered them in two months. The chair’s product quality is terrible—the stitching is awful. The desk arrived broken. I informed them, and they told me they could resend the damaged part and that I would have to wait another two months. I want a refund instead. Waiting five months for a desk is unbelievable. Definitely do not shop from them, and do not trust the images on their website.

Wow, I can not believe I fell for this terrible company and didn't see any reviews on google about them... They are a complete scam and not cheap either. Not only is the product quality FAR from what one would expect from the website or the product images, the product is extremely poor in quality and assembly instructions are incomplete, and in CHINESE ONLY. Parts are not numbered; there are no steps indicated. All that you're provided is just an image of how (magically) the parts are supposed to come together in a single faded image - not even mentioning what fasteners should go where.... Customer service is a simple chatbot with no product return support, or even the courtesy of providing usable product installation guide. It is a complete circular chatbot which only leads to frustration. This company should be put out of business by the Consumer Protection Agency or fined by each state where they conduct business. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.

I recently placed an order with Lifthad.com, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The item I received was nowhere near as described and certainly not worth the price I paid. Instead of addressing the core issue of a return, Lifthad.com has been offering me random discounts and free gifts—none of which are useful or relevant to resolving the situation.
What has been the most frustrating is their constant refusal to accept the return without making it as difficult as possible. I’ve been told how much it will cost me to return the item, and they’ve even tried to persuade me to reconsider the return altogether, rather than providing a proper solution. It feels like they’re more interested in avoiding their responsibilities than offering customer service.
This is a company that seems to think discounts and free gifts are a substitute for a proper resolution, and they’re doing everything they can to avoid honoring a simple return request. I won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend Lifthad.com to anyone looking for decent service or a reliable returns policy.

Ordine effettuato ad ottobre ed oggi non ancora arrivato e non si hanno notizie!.. servizio clienti con risposte copia/incolla, nessuna istruzione su come avere il rimborso (ma solo gadget per consolazione). Veramente una vergona!

A complete SCAM, just like all the other reviews on here, deliveries will take c3mths, arrive broken, missing instructions, poor quality and one light I purchased you have to wire it all together yourself - so my experience is just as all the other 1 star reviews - if you did buy with a credit card it far easier the get money back with a Section 75 case, the more of us do that they will get blacklisted and prevent others from having same experience.

Coincido con todos comentarios, una estafa. Despues de dos meses, llega el producto con partes rotas del transporte. No hay forma de conseguir la devolucion. Es malisima calidad, precio alto y el servicio de cliente solo te marea para darte largas. NO COMPREIS AQUI!!!!
