This was very good value, so much so that I was sceptical. I then had trouble installing it and was concerned to give the company remote access to my computer. Harry was very helpful, calling me on a Saturday to try to sort it out, and then again a few days later once a file had been updated. The service could not be better.

Used this company for the first time the other day and was really confused with instructions and setup. I emailed and got a response straight away, set up a date for them to call and help do it for me, date come and was on the pohone fpr 30 mins while they helped me complete it. Nice guy ,quick and responsive , easy peasy. Definitley recommend

Installation of AutoCAD 2027 complicated but solved.
I am not sure mere mortals can do this without the excellent help of the IT guys at LicensePlace who gave me a slot the next day, took over my computer (after some soul-searching and checking Trustpilot reviews) and sorted out the issues. It was all about in-built protection which is more complicated that simply turning off the firewall (which they reinstated after). However, they did it and I can crack on. Thank you.

I had some difficulties getting the software to install so I set up an online session with them. My engineer, Harry, was very professional and had the system working properly within about 30 minutes. First class support!

Had issues loading Autocad 26 that I purchased through Wowcher. Harry from the helpdesk was superhelpful and got it sort. set up an appointment for the next day and he called and sorted it out. Pleasant, polite, honest and allayed all my anxiety of giving remote access to my computer. Great service. Will definitely be buying more products from this company in the future.

Purchased via a well known UK group buying site.

Downloaded easily enough from a generic link in the email, which also included some basic and easy to follow instructions and a document containing my licence key. Quite an easy experience actually.

However, at no point did the software ask for my freshly purchased licence number or any other credentials. The download link was completely generic - no indication that it was customised to me or preloaded the licence key in it. The instructions likewise just say "download, install, and it will work".

And yet, even without a licence key the software does work. All common sense says it shouldn't, especially given it is an Adobe product, but it does...

There was also the issue of the install only working with anti-virus software disabled, which other people have experienced, and is also noted in the instructions. I did try to install without disabling first and did indeed receive a warning. False positives are possible, but coupled with the weird licence situation I am sceptical.

Forced to conclude that the software is counterfeit or pirated. At best, I have not bought a "license" (which is what they advertise), just a copy of the software that works on my machine.

Following on from their pretty gaslighty reply, I have sent the license information to Adobe for confirmation. Since they seemed so upset that I haven't, once I get confirmation I will publish any evidence.

Buying the software and license was quick and very easy. Great price, too.
Had a few problems with the initial install. The software I bought can be very troublesome. However, the technical help was very good, and they got me up and running. So, overall, good value for money, and good support.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I purchased Autocad 2026 from Licenseplace, but as I don't know much about computing, I got lost within the download instructions. I contacted Licenseplace to ask for assistance via email. Within an hour I received a reply. An appointment was made and they downloaded the program remotely. Seriously, do not hesitate in purchasing from them.

At 75 I found I could not install AutoCAD26 so contacted the help number.
Harry (speeks english) arranged a convinient time for me when he would remotely install the software.
He was very polite at all times and answered any question I asked.
He installed the software without any fuss and tested a few times to make sure there were no hicups.
I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate buying anything off them again.
