I rarely leave reviews, but in this case I felt it was deserved.

I purchased AutoCAD and Inventor through Licenseplace and the support I received from the team was absolutely excellent.

They were patient, professional, and always willing to help. Every question I had was answered promptly, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly. Thanks to their support, both AutoCAD and Inventor are now running perfectly on my system.

What impressed me most was that they didn't disappear after the sale. They continued to provide assistance, remote support when needed, and genuine advice to help me get up and running. It's clear they care about their customers and want them to succeed.

My advice to anyone considering using Licenseplace is to be patient, communicate clearly, and work with them through any setup questions. In my experience, they were extremely knowledgeable and committed to resolving any issues.

I redeemed a 5pm.co.uk voucher for Autocad 11/6/26. The link took me to the licenseplace website but both the AVG browser and Edge browser declined to connect stating that the site was malicious. I enquired with the company via a chat help line (cannot remember how I ended up there) and asked for help and stated that I was hesitant to download the Autocad software given the warnings. I was left a voice message saying "That's your choice, we sell five to six hundred .." and then the message ceased. That's not what I would call good customer service and I would warn anyone off using this company, given my experience of them. Thank you AVG and Edge for protecting my system.

Initially struggled installing Autocad myself due to license and windows security issues. Arranged a call with the helpdesk who then remoted over to my machine to install correctly. 100% recomend and for a bargain price!!

I was struggling to upgrade Adobe correctly so reached out to license placed who remotely accessed my laptop and sorted the issue within a minute.

I had issues installing on my desktop, however the customer service advisor was able to go through with me step by step to resolve it. When I got stuck they helped me remotely to do a complete cleanup and reinstall. PERFECT SERVICE A+++

Unbelievable A very polite man rang as arranged. He reviewed my computer spent less than 5 minutes and it was fixed and tested. One could not ask for more.
