Apparently I am not allowed to tell the truth about my experience with this company whilst they are able to post countless fake positive reviews of themselves online. This probably won’t get posted either in which case I give up.

Called at the agreed time. Very patient and very knowlegeable. Made the whole process of getting me backup and running look so easy - a sure sign someone knows what they are doing!

Absolutely fantastic service, Had an inital issue due to firewall but they remotely fixed the issue and were very helpful, won't go anywhere else for my software packages now!!

Placed an order for Photoshop MAC but recieved Windows.

One phonecall and one mail and the order was swapped.

REAL SCAM AND WONT REFUND. BOUGHT FROM WOWCHER. VIRUS. THEY SENT IT IN A RAWR LINK IN EMAIL BUT READ OTHER REVIEWS. DO NOT TRUST LICENSEPLACE NO MATTER THE RESPONSE.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with. They delivered the software exactly as described. I had a few issues installing the programs myself, but their team was incredibly helpful, efficient, and had everything up and running for me in no time.

The level of customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The IT engineer, Harry, was extremely helpful. I had an issue with installation due to old 'fragments' of AutoCAD installation. Harry took control of my PC and worked for almost 2 hours to rectify the problem - eventually installing a later version of AutoCAD than I had paid for.

So impressed with the service from this company. Harry installed Autocad 2027 remotely for me. Was on the phone with me for over an hour and went through the whole process very efficiently. Many thanks!

First ordered Adobe Indesign 2months ago.Excellent & professional company to work with. Prompt service from Henri, installed Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
All softwares were installed by Henri. Thank you, greatly appreciated. Once all software are installed he checked then on my computer and all worked excellent.

This was very good value, so much so that I was sceptical. I then had trouble installing it and was concerned to give the company remote access to my computer. Harry was very helpful, calling me on a Saturday to try to sort it out, and then again a few days later once a file had been updated. The service could not be better.
