Lewis & Co Moving Group Omdömen

Matt came to assess clearing the garage, shed, loft and remaining furniture. He kept in touch and always arrived on time. He recycles as much as possible, separating metal, wood etc. His team was efficient and always polite. Matt is very empathetic and understands that these things can be quite upsetting and emotional. After clearing everything, he then hoovered every room so that it was clear and clean for the prospective buyers. I cannot rate him high enough. Thank you Matt and team for all you help.

A big THANK YOU to Matt and his crew for making our moving day a relatively stress free day. Any problems that came about were dealt with in good humour and a 'can do' attitude. We have moved a few times and have never felt so relaxed. All our possessions were handled respectfully with no damage occurring. Thank you again.
Best moving day ever!!

I can’t speak too highly of the service I received from Lewis & Co. They carried out a house clearance with great sensitivity, managing to find new homes for many of the items being removed. The work was completed on time and at a decent price. Special mention must go to Matt, who was highly responsive and always willing to help wherever he could. All in all, a really positive experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lewis & Co.

I have to say working with you guys today has been a pleasure, you were personable, professional and handled the contents of our house with extreme care - thank you

Outstanding Service from Lewis & Co Moving Group

We cannot recommend Lewis & Co Moving Group highly enough.

From our very first meeting with Managing Director Matt, right through to the placement of the final item in our new home, the service was exceptional. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for our belongings gave us complete confidence throughout the entire moving process.

They took the utmost care with all of our property, expertly disassembling and reassembling furniture, moving and plumbing in our white goods, and ensuring everything was positioned exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when faced with the challenge of moving our extremely heavy American Fridgemaster fridge-freezer and dealing with a particularly problematic washing machine installation, Matt and Liam remained positive, professional, and determined to get the job done properly.

What truly set them apart, however, was the personal touch they brought to the experience. They took a genuine interest in us and our family's journey, taking the time to chat with and make a fuss of our little girls, which meant a great deal during what can often be a stressful time. They also absolutely adored our little furbaby, making sure they received plenty of attention and affection along the way. It is rare to find a company whose staff combine such exceptional professionalism with such warmth and kindness.

Lewis & Co offer a truly bespoke, customer-focused service and go above and beyond to make the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Their dedication, care, and attention to detail were evident throughout every stage of our move.

If you are looking for a removal company that delivers outstanding customer service, professionalism, and genuine care for both your possessions and your family, then Lewis & Co Moving Group is the company to choose.

Matt was fantastic from the time he gave me the moving quote through to seeing me moved into my bungalow. He and the team were excellent keeping me calm and assisting in the whole process.

Matt and the team were so warm and down to earth, giving a thorough and clear breakdown on how everything works, costs, and what's involved with moving a home. He took on board all of our requests and answered any queries we had. He was easy to contact if we had any questions, and great value for money! Would 100% recommend

I can not thank Matt and his team enough. We had a difficult moving experience but Matt went above and beyond to reduce the stress for us and dealt with multiple date changes with great skill and professionalism .

Matt and the team at Lewis’ Moving Co provided an excellent service throughout. They were friendly, organised and professional, and handled everything with real care and attention.

The team made the move straightforward and stress-free, and their positive, helpful approach was appreciated from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lewis’ Moving Co to anyone looking for a dependable and careful removals company.

Matt and his team were very professional, swift and took great care moving all of our awkward and heavy bits and pieces to our new home. Would recommend them to everyone!

Matt and his team were fantastic. Matt is a genuine professional who made the entire moving process smooth and stress-free. He kept me informed throughout, provided excellent support from start to finish, and treated all of my belongings with great care. If you're planning to move anywhere in the UK, I highly recommend his service. 100% recommended.

Matt and his team were truly wonderful, helping my Auntie with a shed and garden clearance. In blistering heat they worked so hard, emptying and taking down two full old, rotten timber sheds that had caved in at the roof, and removing rubbish and old timber from a well overgrown allotment. It was so much work, but they just plowed through it and we were so impressed. They went above and beyond, and we were very grateful to get her garden look so much tidier. Would 100% recommend 👌

Matt and his team did a splendid job moving us to our new bungalow. He gave us a very fair estimate and on removals day he spent 9 hours with us. Nothing was too much trouble and he took great care of our belongings. I cannot recommend Lewis and Co Moving Group highly enough.

Wanted to write a review after yesterday's experience. The 3 staff on the job were very pleasant and worked really hard all day (in very high temperatures). Everything was done exceptionally well, far above what I expected. I would recommend the firm to anyone.

We found Lewis & Co on Facebook and Matt came out to see us on a day and time that suited us and we were happy to go ahead. We we’re really pleased with their service from start to finish. I cannot fault them, friendly, helpful, courteous and respectful, we couldn’t ask for more. They made my mums move to Anglesey stress free and straight forward. I can highly recommend them.

Matt and his team provided a personal service tailored to our needs and designed to remove as much stress as possible from a very stressful event. From first contact until after the move communication was regular and Matt responded to my queries quickly. This gave me confidence and was one less thing to worry about. During the uncertainty of the final stage of a house purchase Matt was flexible and reassuring. There’s no hidden costs or penalties for things that were beyond our control. The team were friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough to help. I would highly recommend them.
