Brilliant experience from Daniel and team. They did all of the heavy lifting as well as going above and beyond for us every step of the way. Incredible service!

Dan and the Homemaster team came highly recommended, and they fully lived up to our expectations. Our house move was quite local, within Shrewsbury, but involved a significant downsizing. On his initial visit, Dan’s attention to detail was terrific, and the questions he asked were right on the money. When the time came for the move, of course it was in the middle of a heatwave, so Dan mobilised the whole team to work faster and more efficiently, to get everything done before the hottest part of both days. They worked tirelessly, but again the attention to detail and care they took were fantastic. We would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

A life-changing move turned out to be a very positive experience. Right from making initial contact with Dan in the office everything went very smoothly. Jamie and J were very polite, friendly and professional. They took great care to pack everything really well - nothing was damaged in transit - and unloaded equally carefully the next day (the move was from out of county and involved a journey of some distance)

Absolutely amazing full packing and removal service from Dan, Harry and the team. From the initial quote to collecting the boxes, everything was speedy and hassle-free. Nothing damaged, everything properly wrapped with care and attention. The team themselves were friendly, polite, and cheerful (despite the brutal temperatures in which they were working). You can tell Dan (the owner) genuinely cares about his staff too with some adjustments to working times to account for the heat, and ensuring that there were frequent hydration breaks for everyone which I was very appreciative of as personally felt very guilty about the physical work they were doing in 35c heat.

I have used Pickfords before for a national move with storage but had some issues with damage & communication so would definitely use Homemaster for anything I needed - local or national - in the future. 100% recommend!

Daniel was very professional and also approachable, always quick to answer any questions, and very patient while we waited for the sale to fall into place so we could commit to a moving date. The team were very easy to get along with and made the whole process very stress free. They were very calm and patient waiting to unload, and before we knew it the furniture was in place. And most importantly, they were very kind and respectful to the cat, who seemed to be really interested in the whole process. Homemaster came highly recommended to us, and we would be confident recommending them to anyone who wants an easy, stress free move.

Dan and his team are great. They emptied our home over two days, carefully wrapped everything for storage and 11 weeks later moved us into our new home.
