Nice guys to deal with but very poor communications. Dane is obviously trying to build a business, I wish him good luck but he is missing some basic business concepts. Two bedside cabinets have gone missing, I realise that these things happen. However, all my messages regarding my loss have gone unanswered. Getting Dane to reply to texts and telephone calls is like pulling teeth.
The guys were just GREAT! Polite, professional and hard working. They sorted my move out at short notice. They were responsive, turned up on time, and moved me really efficiently. They also got all my furniture up some super tight staircases without as much as a scratch on the walls. I would highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Eipic Removals. From the very first contact with Dane right through to moving day, they were really helpful and easy to deal with. Communication was clear and straightforward, which made everything feel much less stressful.
On the day, the team were friendly, efficient, and took great care with all of our belongings. They handled everything with real care and attention, and nothing felt rushed or careless.
We’d definitely recommend them to anyone moving house. They made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
Smooth, stress-free and very super friendly experience. Needed household items moved very last minute and it wasn't one bit of bother to these guys. More than reasonable prices. Highly recommended and will use again 100%!
Best moving company about ! I’ve not heard of better ! No job is too small or too big ! They are always professional and take good care with your possessions! Couldn’t recommend them enough ! They also have good prices for storage also ! Thanks for everything Dane !
We had a great experience from start to finish. Dane was really clear with communication from the beginning, completed my house move very professionally, and was competitive in pricing. Highly recommended.
