Fast delivery without any problem

After placing an order with the…
After placing an order with the company, an issue occurred with the shipping agent...long story short... according to Lentiamo.ie I was to be expecting my purchases within maximum 2days , but shortly after ordering I received a txt. or email stating that my delivery is gonna happen 1 week later...I got very crossed because I needed my lenses ASAP back then, so I grabbed my phone reaching the Lentiamo representative ( who was lovely by the way and I was not nice customer at that moment - please pass on to the person who answered my furious call /if you can track who himself was/ my most sincere apology , he didn't deserve to be spoken to the way I did...I am truly sorry), anyhow the person who dealt with me was super helpful and professional, whitin minutes the problem was solved and I was happily wearing my new contacts 2days later.
I will be definitely using the services of Lentiamo.ie and I would surely without a doubt recommending them to others.
Thank you.
All the best and many regards,
Kasia

Dear customer,
As Internet shoppers ourselves, we completely understand the frustration of waiting for a long time to receive an item we just *need*, particularly in the case of a necessary medical device.
As such, there is nothing to forgive, but we hope you will always contact us again if you require any help or advice regarding our products/services.
We hope you enjoy your almost-on time lenses!
Fast delivery and excellent price!

Dear customer,
Thank you for your kind words! We always try to maintain competitive prices, a wide selection of products, and have quick delivery.
Unfortunately, when corrections in delivery are made, DHL always postpones the delivery to the next day, hence the slight delay. We shall endeavour to be faster next time! :)
Top quality, very efficient
Excellent prices, exceptional customer service.
Best I have seen. Two days from order to delivery from across Europe. Great follow up on order query.

Dear customer,
Thank you for your feedback!
Please note that, due to current limitations with our courrier, items ordered over the weekend cannot be dispatched until the first working day, so two working days delivery remains within their promised time. However, we are working with DHL Express to bring this down to one in the future, whenever possible.
Excellent easy transaction
Excellent easy transaction. Bought sunglasses they arrived within 2 days, they were too small and the process to send them back was very easy and I was refunded immediately. I would definitely buy from lentiamo again and would highly recommend this company
