10/10 would recommend

First time ordering with this company and have to say it was a great experience. Great deals on so many different types of lenses it was great to browse a huge range whilst being affordable compared to some competitors. As well as super fast delivery I would highly recommend.

Svar från Lentiamo.ie

Dear customer,

Thank you for your feedback. As this normally shouldn't happen (the purchasing and payment processes are automated), please be kind enough to contact our customer support via email at info@lentiamo.ie, or via phone at 180 081 4141 to investigate this issue further.

In the unlikely event this has taken place, we will of course refund you the difference between stated price and the amount deducted from your card.

Please be aware that orders below a certain threshold might incur postage fees, so this might potentially be the reason for a slightly higher amount paid during checkout.

Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses…

Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses recently. Both pairs arrived within 2-3 working days. The packaging ensures that they are adequately protected. Unfortunately the 2nd pair delivered was not the model that I had ordered (similar but incorrect). The error, and I accept that mistakes can be made, actually gave me the opportunity to rate their customer support. I rang the support number provided, which was answered promptly and the support agent was very apologetic and helpful. A return DHL label was sent to me and DHL called me to arrange pick-up. Within a week the incorrect pair had been returned and the pair that I wanted was delivered. So, on the basis that sometimes mistakes can and will be made, I'm allocating 5 stars for their ability and willingness to address the error promptly. Yes, I'll shop again with Lentiamo.
