Excellent professional friendly service would definitely use them again.

I went to LAC for ear wax removal.
My experience, from the first telephone contact through to treatment was excellent.
I had microsuction, which was quick, painless and effective.
The staff are professional but not coldly so. They are friendly, kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The receptionist even saw me in Park Square, trying to find the clinic, rang my phone and guided me to the door.

I went to LAC for ear wax removal, the staff was very friendly so were the doctors. The doctor carried out the treatment with ease, it hardly took more than 10mins for both ear, there was no pain during the treatment. Highly recommend.

I first came across Andrew when he came and helped a very elderly friend who was 101. Andrew was so caring and as this gentleman loved technology, he took the time to show him how the app on his iPad would help him! As a consequence when I was in desperate need for someone to extract the dome of my NHS hearing aid from my ear he came to the rescue. As a result my husband and I are returning for full hearing tests and new hearing aid trials. I have every confidence that Andrew will do a first rate job!

I went here after a failed attempt at Bupa. My ear was completely blocked and causing me a lot of pain. I rang the audiology clinic and there closest appointment available was a few days away, I however explained my problem and they took my number to call me back if a cancellation became available. Within the hour I had a call back and they fitted me in the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by a lovely lady who took my details then the audiologist came to get me. He tried to suction my ear and to my surprise there was no pain. At Bupa I had terrible pain. He couldn't get it out via this method so he then used water and it came out after a few pumps. My hearing has returned to normal and finally I am pain free. I would 100% recommend and I will return here if I ever need this service again.
