Efficient, professional and friendly service by all involved provided a first class experience. I would recommend the clinic without hesitation.

Visited the clinic on the 11th February. I had been experiencing ear pain from wax build up for over a week. I was in tears when I called and spoke to Emily, she managed to get me a last minute appointment for the following day.

As the pain was so severe (hurt to even yawn or cough) I was so nervous the procedure would be painful.

Aiden put me at ease straight away and proceeded to remove the wax with no pain using the suction method.

Absolutely fabulous service and worth every penny.

I decided I that I would prefer to visit an independent audiologist for advice on my difficulty in hearing, and chose LAC despite having to travel to Leeds to see them. It was the right decision - I was given an early appointment and made to feel welcome and reassured in pleasant surroundings. The whole testing process and potential solutions were explained clearly, and the implications of the test results again gone through thoroughly. I had the hearing aids on a trial basis and after suffering some discomfort in one ear was welcomed back to find a solution - successfully.
Now after three months I barely notice that I'm wearing them and am much more comfortable in situations where previously my hearing had been an issue.
I cannot recommend LAC highly enough - their open, friendly and reassuring style turned what seemed like a medical handicap into a completely normal situation.

Second visit and same friendly and professional service. Everything explained thoroughly. Excellent premises so don’t feel like you’ve visited a clinic. Highly recommended.

This was an initial appointment - I went thinking I may need my ears syringing but that was not the case. Everything was explained to me very carefully which put my mind at rest (I was a little nervous as it was new to me). Would definitely recommend the clinic - I expect to be going back soon for a hearing test and am no longer nervous at the prospect.

i contacted them via facebook for a quick appointment as i couldnt stand the fullness feeling an not being able to hear. they got me in the next morning. The staff there are amazing and friendly. the procedure was pain free and done with care.

I contacted LAC after searching the internet for hearing aid specialists. From the initial telephone call to arrange an appointment, to the final tweaking of my hearing aids, I have had the most outstanding service. Everything was explained in a professional and friendly manner, putting me totally at ease. I was reluctant to wear hearing aids, but now after less than two months wearing my hearing aids feel completely normal, and I my hearing has improved significantly. This is due entirely to the wonderful service I have received. I can thoroughly recommend LAC.
