Phoned for wax removal and booked in for the next day. All very efficient and on time. Blockage in one ear and semi-blockage in the other removed with microsuction. I can now hear sibilents in speech again and don't have to keep asking 'What's he say?' when watching TV. Very pleased!

Excellent - very thorough and took trouble to make sure that I felt my hearing had fully returned following an ear syringe. No sense of being hurried through

Arrived a little early but was seen immediately and treated by a very polite and friendly audiologist who explained everything at every step ( including an offer to see what he was doing which I politely refused) he ensured my comfort all the way through and I was back at my desk within 15 minutes from start to finish, outstanding service.

Found this place by chance. I phoned many companies for ear wax removal, LAC were willing to help fast, got me in the next day. Really nice place. Nice people. Delivering a 5 star service.
They made easy work of clearing compacted wax from my ear drum. Showing me the before and after results with a camera. Was comfortable and relaxing. Every process was explained along the way.
