Friendly, professional company, excellent service
All the staff are polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Was talked through whole procedure, (ear impressions), whole procedure from arriving to finish only took about 20minutes. Reasonably priced too.

Excellent service
First off it’s a really nice building well planned out lovely surroundings and they make you feel very welcome!! The receptionist was super friendly!! I was treated this time by Aidan and I can only say what a lovely guy he his so professional at his job… made me feel relaxed and sorted my ear out perfectly!!
I would recommend these ppl one 100 percent!!!

Outstanding service
I’ve always had issues with my ears and now the syringing service is no longer funded by the NHS, I had to find an alternative. I’m so glad I did. I’ve used LAC twice now and on both occasions the staff have been welcoming, meticulous and completely solved the issue. Thank you for providing a faultless service. I will certainly be visiting again when needed.

Excellent service
I needed wax to be removed from my left ear. I could book an appointment very quickly. The audiologist was professional and friendly and explained everything really well. The procedure was quick and pain free. I will go back if I need to.

Brilliant place
I had a great experience here. They got me booked in for the next day, and due to it being so urgent for me it was absolutely ideal. The staff were very kind and I felt very comfortable I’ll definitely be coming back.
