I return every couple of years or so for microsuction for ear wax build up. The appointment is always efficient and painless and provides lasting relief. Staff are friendly and professional and making an appointment over the phone is easy. Highly recommend.

Needed a last minute appointment where Leeds Audiology Clinic managed to book me in the same day. Great service from start to finish.

Having had an earwax problem for a while I was able to make an a following day appointment at LAC. On arrival I was pleasantly greeted by Emily. The audiologist then explained the procedure to me and answered any questions. The wax was removed quickly and painlessly . Having worn NHS aids for years I asked about the merits of the latest aids and was given a lot of useful info and much food for thought. All in all a pleasant experience and would highly recomend LAC.

Absolutely outstanding service! I came here for ear impressions for a sport related use and from entering rhe building the service was outstanding! Emily on reception was warm, welcoming and courteous! Andrew (audiologist) was excellent, kept me informed and made me feel at ease particualry during both microsuction and the imprssion molding element. Will 100% be using his service again in the future

My second visit and nothing has changed thankfully. From reception up until getting my ear issue sorted there was nothing but above and beyond for the customer journey. As someone whose job is to negotiate contracts I was becoming conscious of finding it harder to pick-up all of the conversation in important meetings. Despite this I had put off doing anything about it for a long time for a number of reasons. Firstly, my own vanity was stopping me believing I really needed them! Secondly I didn't feel confident in finding a hearing aid supplier that would not 'sell' me something that wasn't completely suitable as I knew others who had either poor results or had been over-charged. All this changed as soon as I met Andrew at Leeds Audiology Centre. He immediately put me at ease and his thoroughness and knowledge in testing my ears quickly convinced me of the current depleted state of my hearing. Once this was established we discussed the many options available. I settled on a pair of Widex Moment Smart 440s. These are not just a miracle of modern technology but look pretty cool too. Not only that, I had a 'no risk' trial period too, just to make sure I was totally happy. I am and cannot recommend the entire team at Leeds Audiology enough, so much so I was happy to travel over 60 miles for the service. Furthermore, a friend of mine spent almost £2000 more for an older model from a well-know national retailer. I am now totally confident in my hearing ability and a very happy customer.

I hadn’t had ear wax removal before so was unsure what to expect. Aiden immediately put me at ease carefully explaining the procedure and options for ear wax removal. A lovely welcoming reception area with helpful, friendly staff. I would highly recommend Leeds Audiology Clinic.

Return visit 2 years from my first. Excellent service, everything explained and treated within 10mins. Would definitely recommend……..and expect to be back in 2 years!!

Fitted me in for microsuction the same day. I was desperate for an appointment with both ears blocked and one which was giving me so much pain due to the build up. The person performing the procedure explained everything in detail in a friendly manner and made me feel at ease from the first moment. The procedure itself was painless and successful. It was my first visit and I would definitely return for anything ear related. Highly recommended.

Most helpful fitting me in for microsuction when I needed an immediate appointment. From start to finish the procedure was very thorough, well explained and totally painless. I left able to hear in an ear which had been completely blocked. It was my first visit but I would not hesitate to go back if needed.

Service from LAC was outstanding throughout the process. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and offered guidance to ensure I ended up with the right device for me. Everyone at the practice is so helpful, I had to see the chap that clears ear wax and again he was super helpful along with the receptionists - the practice has a lovely family feel where I was made to feel completely at ease.

Excellent service yet again. They have two methods of earwax removal so if one method is difficult they can always switch. I started with microsuction, but it was painful due to hard wax so witched to water flush , this was much more pleasant and over within a minute. Microsuction also worked fast on my other ear! The staff are excellent and very professional explaining what they are doing throughout the process. This is my second visit and I was seen the same day I enquired about an appointment much better than waiting a month elsewhere.

I had microsuction, this was my first time attending a non-NHS service and I was really impressed! I had a great experience, and I loved that both the causative and preventative measures were explained to me.
