Very thorough service. Went for ear wax removal as my hearing feels impaired. There was no wax. Ended up with a hearing test. I received very comprehensive and interesting feedback from that. Thank you

I had lost hearing mainly in my right ear due to a wax build up which I have had a problem with over the years.

The clinic were very helpful and got me in for the following day, and I was sorted within 15 mins on both sides.

The staff and audiologist were great and I will now be looking to go back for an annual check up.

I had an issue with earwax having had an infection and with a suspected perforated ear drum, so it was a delicate procedure to address. Everything was explained clearly, and it all went flawlessly. I won't be going anywhere else for audiology treatment in the future.

I recently had a problem hearing out my right ear. I called LAC and asked if they had any appointments for the same day and They managed to get me in. The staff are amazing and so helpful. After my treatment I can hear so much better. I will be returning to have the other ear looked at.

The staff of LAC are professional, courteous and welcoming. The first time I visited in 2019 was for ear wax removal, and then I visited for a comprehensive hearing test. Andrew was clear that whilst there was some deterioration of hearing, I was within normal capacity and no aids were needed. Visiting again in 2025 after noticing some hearing loss, and encouraged by my spouse (!), I had another test which showed how my hearing had declined and this time I was recommended hearing aids. I felt no pressure to buy any particular aids, and have been happy with the pair I received and the advice on using them.

I had plenty of time to trial my new hearing aid that is state of the art and fits snugly.
No pushy selling at all. Instead thorough examinations, empathetic consultations and caring hearing support - couldn't have been better.

Andrew is always happy to help and the staff at the clinic are all really nice and always pleasant, a great experience all round.

I went last week for my appointment,and all the staff were to kind and helpful,the audiologist that I saw said there wasn’t any wax and fully explained that it was pressure build up in my middle ear ,he explained everything thing to me he was very thorough,and I would certainly recommend him .

I recently made my second visit to LAC as I work in a very dusty environment. The service was as excellent as my first visit and the whole suction procedure was done with no pain or discomfort in a highly professional manner.Thankyou.

Had a great experience visiting the LAC. The procedure was held in relaxed environment and the doctor was super chill. The lady at reception was also cool and very helpful.

After working in dusty environments for so long it’s recommended to clean out your ears. Get the 100% hearing again!! Ok maybe 97%

Absolutely customer focused. From the initial telephone contact with reception through to the actual appointment with the Audiologist and subsequent payment with reception, everything was flawless.

I contacted LAC via their webform late one evening and received a prompt call the following morning offering an appointment that was available due to cancellation.

Everything about the experience assured me the team were professional, organised and competent, and the clinic itself is well-presented and calming.

The procedure itself, microsuction and irrigation, was well explained with plenty or reassurance, and only lasted a short time without discomfort.

As someone who is often avoidant of medical interactions due to poor experiences or administrative incompetence, I can say LAC put me entirely at ease and I regret not contacting them sooner instead of waiting until I was unable to hear due to a blockage.

I was impressed with the professional manner which resolved the problem I had with muffled hearing by micro suction to remove wax.
Speedy and painless procedure carried out in a caring and polite and friendly manner.
