Leeds Audiology Clinic
Came to Leeds Audiology Clinic after struggling with NHS hearing aids. I saw Andrew who has years of experience and very professional. He totally understood my hearing loss, as he also wears a hearing aid. Andrew explained everything and showed me hearing test results on screen. I purchased some hearing aids, Wow what a difference. I am highly satisfied and would definitely recommend Leeds Audiology Clinic. Full aftercare service as well.

The receptionist was absolutely lovely , she gave my regular updates , was warm and welcoming , and the audiologist was brilliant ! He was so kind , explained everything to me and was so quick.

Good service, but on the expensive side
A little bit on the expensive side but the ear irrigation went well & the pain stopped immediately so I would recommend. The man was friendly, showed me inside my ear prior to treatment & offered good advice

A really friendly
A really friendly, welcoming experience and it was easy to book a convienient appointment. The treatment for wax removal was clearly explained and I was made to feel very relaxed. Friendly, professional and great service
There’s always a friendly welcome at LAC and a thoroughly professional service at reasonable prices. I usually have an annual wax removal but this year there was no wax buildup. As I was having problems a tympanometer was used to assess my middle ear and I was found to have fluid there. I was given very useful advice to sort out the problem and only charged a small fee for the consultation. A great service.

BEST AUDIOLOGIST !!
I am severely deaf, particularly in the lower frequencies. I have worn hearing aids for 25 years and have difficulty understanding speech. Andrew was patient and understood my needs. He shared and explained his programming screens, allowing us to work together to find the best fit. Today's technology is wonderful but your audiologist is still the most important part of the equation.
I would not hesitate in recommending LAC. They are excellent in all respects and their prices are very reasonable. My new Widex Allure aids have a very natural sound and I now look forward to each day and the richness of sounds I haven’t heard for many years.
