Flawless service from start to finish. Went in for earwax removal, was informed on what was happening at every step of the process, quick and painless, informed me I had a small likelihood of an infection and was given a note to give to my GP. Cheaper than high street stores and I was in much safer hands - and I was able to book a same day appointment.

Have only been twice - on both occasions with blocked ears but on both occasions they explained everything that they were doing and really put you at ease. I saw Emily this time and she was very knowledgeable and took the time to constantly check I was doing ok. Got an appointment at short notice and it was super quick - great value too for the relief after they are cleared out and you can hear again! Would definitely use again and highly recommend them.

Always an excellent service. LAC have twice fitted me in at short notice, and resolved the problem of wax build-up. They have used a combination of water irrigation or suction as I requested. Friendly, helpful and very skilled staff. Thoroughly recommended.

I have been a patient of Leeds audiology clinic for the last 5 years since moving to Harrogate and their service is exceptional. I suffer with earwax build up and need to have it removed annually. The whole service is exceptional from booking to diagnosis and then treatment. I would fully recommend them.

I have been visiting Leeds audiology with my elderly mother for over 5 years. Their friendliness and service is so different to the high street. You are not just a customer but a person to whom they give their upmost care and expertise.

Excellent communication when making the booking. I emailed at 5:30 on a Friday evening and Emily got back to me and we arranged an appointment for the Monday. Great service when I got there too. Very professional and I will happily use them again if needed.

Aidan was amazing. I felt quite nervous as I hadn’t had the procedure before and he constantly asked me how I was and talked throughout the process, explaining what he was going to do. Completely made me feel at ease. Would definitely recommend this practice.
