I have taken both of my elderly parents to Leeds Audiology Clinic. We managed to get appointments very quickly. My Dad had his ears syringed, Andrew explained everything he was doing with nothing being too much trouble for him. My Mum had new hearing aids which she thinks are wonderful. Andrew came out to see Mum at home to make adjustments to her hearing aids as she has mobility problems.
Andrew and Emily provide a First Class Service and have both been very caring, understanding, patient and respectful to my parents. I cannot praise them enough for the excellent service they provide. Thank you to you both.

I had a problem with my hearing since having covid back in January 22, I booked an appointment and was seen very quickly. Beautiful surroundings to a great standard and knowledgeable staff helped me no end. I went in with one ear not really working correctly and after a quick test it showed the problem was within my inner ear. I took the advice of the audiologist and got decongestants along with a nasal balloon the problem is now completely resolved! Can't thank them enough, lovely friendly people. Five star service all the way. Will definitely be returning when I need my ears cleaning again!

LAC provided outstanding service from initial phone call to earwax removal.
Emily on reception was very friendly and helpful.
As for the microsuction, to say it was thorough would be an understatement.
Each step was carefully described and the results displayed on a screen.
An excellent service and excellent value.

I visited the Leeds Audiology Clinic on 5th April 2022 and was highly impressed with the experience from start to finish. Emily was extremely helpful when I initially booked my appointment, and was very friendly and efficient when I arrived at my appointment. Andrew was very informative and friendly; he made me feel very much at ease and explained everything about my appointment clearly. I will definitely return if I need assistance in my future and would recommend anyone with hearing issues to visit LAC.

Absolutely loved my experience at the ear clinic! I was super nervous before the procedure but when it actually happened i felt nothing. Painless micro suction and extremely fast. Receptionist had a warm welcoming smile, the Doctor explained everything in detail! Overall a pleasant experience!

Thank you LAC for helping me with my hearing. The audiologist explained to me the entire Microsuction process, which made me feel safe and comfortable, plus it wasn’t painful at all. Since receiving the treatment, my hearing has drastically improved - I didn’t know the clicking sounds on my keyboard and mouse sounded the way they do!

Great service and checked my hearing as I have suffered with issues for a few weeks. Thankfully nothing was wrong and it was great to get peace of mind that I didn't have anything wrong with my ears.

I had trouble with my hearing for a good couple of days and found that they do Ear Wax removal. I called up and luckily got a slot straight away. Super polite staff and guided me though the experience when I was a bit anxious. Definitely recommend.
