Shocking customer services
They have some good deals in Spain. If you have a problem you have no hope. The customer services are a waste of time. They give you a number to ring, it just cuts off after pressing numerous numbers to even get there. I've written 2 emails, they say on busy times it could take up to 48 hours to get back , have they , no, I haven't heard a thing. You can speak to an automated box that hasn't got a clue what you're on about, so basically you have no chance. They really need to get their act together.

Really really poor, i ordered a 30 euro sim and it didnt show up, the support phone number also doesn't work, the chat agent just told me i was on the wrong site and ended the chat. Have to go through the bank to get money back. LM277551248

I purchased a europe package
I purchased a europe package. So went across the border into france and no phone or data. We rely on being able to check the weather and find camp sites on the net. When I returned to spain I contacted them. 3 times. They now say you have to let them know it you are going to another country. Wonderful. My suggestion is use another provider.

I ordered a SIM card and did not receive the card and did not return the money!
my order # LM243177651 didn't delivery.
I payed for sim lebara on 4th of May 2021
But didn't receive it yet.
I have wrote a complaint to the support service before, but without result!
Lebara support said it is problem with courier service!!!
I wrote to the courier service, gave them the order number, they replied that there was nothing on this number and the order had not been received.
I demand to return the money paid to the card from which the payment for the SIM card was made in the amount of 10 euros.

Me dieron 10GB gratis por hacer una portabilidad, yme encanta eso, pero tengo problemas con la cobertura, es muy debil. Ademas no permite hacer hotspot, es decir compartir el internet con mis otros dispositivos.

Their customer service is a joke, I've tried a portability a month ago 3 or 4 times in a shop as online didn't work and keep going declined and no one can tell me the reason.i ve made an official complaint and after 2 weeks they emailed back asking for the details to check what happened.so now will probably take another 2 weeks to answer that or may be not.

Poor Variety of Data and Call Packages
For my usage it offers me a reasonable price. I use my simcard mostly for data connection and price is good, however it would be better if there were more packages for roaming in EU and non-EU countries.
Terrible company
Terrible company. I've spent way too many hours trying to use their online system to do something as simple as activating my data, and their step-by-step process is useless.

Just read Glen Dalglish's review. I could have written that myself, the exact same thing has happened to me. I have spent the best part of a day trying to sort this out. As in Glen's case they tell me I have to activate in a shop and send me to a local cafe bar. I am sure the whole messenger system is operated using some kind of AI algorithm. No customer service whatsoever, buyer beware and keep away from these cowboys.

Awful "service" here in Spain. Ordered a simple for 10 euros which arrived quick enough but that is where the good news ends.
What they don't tell you is that you then have to visit a "local shop" to activate it. No mention of this, pre or post order, and the SIM packaging even tells you to just pop it in your phone to enjoy using their services!! W*F?
Ok, I thought, I'll find my local store online. No, I won't as all store locator links on the Lebara website are invalid (they still have not explained why).
Ok, I'll try online chat. They eventually gave me a place in my village that does not even exist. When I challenged, I was then told any Mobil store... Again, W*F?
Have since contacted them via FB and Twitter, with no response other than to PM them, which I've done with no response.
I've now spent all today trying g to find out how to activate this garbage, and I'm so fed up, that is exactly where it is going... In the garbage.
I'm going out tomorrow and purchasing a SIM card in a store, and it will not be Lebara. I completely advise anyone who is considering using Lebara, to not bother. Do not give them any thought.

If there was an option for 0 stars, then Lebara wins it hands down.
Ordered a SIM online with port-in of my existing number. 11 days later, after wasting days dealing with their abysmal delivery company, it materialised there was no port-in request, despite Customer Services confirming 4 days before that they had this, and my number would be ported within 24-48 hours.
Every time I phoned up or used Online Chat I was told something different.
Clearly they have no systems in place to run the "business" they purport to run. Worst experience ever with a telco, and none of them are great in Spain. Lebara however, takes the biscuit.

Me quitaron la línea sin decir nada y más el saldo que tenía encima, ahora cuando llamo al atencion cliente, me dicen que era porque no cargue saldo hace más de tres meses, pero saldo tenía !
En français, je vais le faire court, suspencion de la ligne avec disparition du solde, sans aucun avis, quand j'appel ils me disent que c'est parce que j'ai pas recharger depuis trois mois, pourquoi recharger si j'ai du crédit ??? En un mot : voleurs !!!
