Leaders - Ipswich Omdömen 

7 weeks after handing back the keys, I still don’t have my deposit returned which the Landlord has stated should be fully 100% refunded.
This has, I believe, totally exceeded the 20 days legal requirement. But I have neither a written apology nor my £1,800
I’m still chasing.
When Leaders want money out of us they are very quick to demand it, when it comes to the other way round, forget it. So typical.

Avoid this estate agents at all costs! I spoke with someone called Logan about a property to rent, the property had tenants and therefore wasn't available to view right away but I was told I would be contacted for viewing when ready.

I never got any contact, despite contacting them within minutes of the property going live. Instead I saw the property was reduced and then let agreed on Rightmove without any contact - which also means the landlord missed out on the higher rent property I'd have viewed the property at, so landlords avoid too, you're potentially losing money!

I emailed them to complain about this but got nothing in return, absolutely zero contact. Clearly an arrogant estate agent that has absolutely zero care for people, I'd advise people not to waste their time with this estate agents, no matter what they say in their replies to reviews they clearly do not care.

Edit: of course just the templated reply showing zero care for what actually happened, do not use this agents!

Logan has been absolutely amazing in helping find my son accommodation. He truly has gone above and beyond to help us secure a suitable place for my son to call home. Both my son and I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him and the other staff at the Ipswich branch!

My experience with Leaders Agency has been very positive. They are supportive, professional, and well organised.

Had the worst time ever with a letting agency I ever had up to date. The experiece was awful and intimidating from start to finish.

The agents are super friendly and nice until they set you up with a property. After all the tenant documents are signed up, you ll get thrown to rubbish and will not have their help anymore. I had a lot of issues in my house which they failed to address. At the end of the repeated escalations and failure to adress them, the scenario was typically excalated up to a senior property manager level who would simply say " It is your reponsibility to fix these problems'. They would always favour the landlord's side. You will never be protected as a tenant. Most of their actions are even against the law which they dont even give a damn.

The no deposit option they provide is an absolute scam. You will have a lot of additional fees in that scheme.
But they never fail to collect your rent sharp on time. believe me.

Will never recomment this agency to go through if you are buying or renting. Very unprofessional and unlawful sevice.

My original appreciation was as below but to be fair later in the day I was contacted by leaders and a way forward was discussed and is to be implemented and I’m happier following this discussion,
My original thoughts stand to a point given that if I’d not chased no action or review would have taken place.
Currently I’m pleased with where we are.

The sale is a difficult one it’s clear other estate agents are better at selling properties in this complex given the turn over in the last 18 months there has been no review or advice

After being given notice on my tenancy from a different estate agent I was literally in bits at losing my home after 5 years. Step in...Leaders of Ipswich. They found me a home to rent for myself and my 2 cats extremely quickly. Viewed property on 02/10 - I move in on 23/10.
Bobby Sheriff, an apprentice with Leaders, has been absolutely amazing. He has been extremely helpful and keeping me up to date with everything about my move, from the initial viewing to signing the tenancy. I could not wish for a more friendly and stress-free experience. Thanks to Bobby and the team I am now excited to be moving into my new home in a couple of days and settling my cats to their new environment. Excellent service, thank you.

The worst experience ever! Rented a property in Ipswich. Awful from start to finish. I got accused of leaving the flat in a worse state then when it was rented out! Cobwebs, dust and hair on carpet (my boyfriend is bald!!) light bulb was out (we left replacement light bulbs in the flat!) Landlords and agency try it on - be aware everyone!! Do not rent from Leaders. The branch in Ipswich were one of the worst teams I have ever had to deal with. Rude and incredibly unhelpful! Vanessa was meant to be the property Manager - she did zero to fix anything I logged on their portal, and was the most unhelpful and the rudest individual I have ever come across.

Abi has been great, always on hand to help and offer advice for anything needed

Abigail is an absolute 5 star worker.
Had some problems with my hot water and Abi was straight on the case to get it sorted.
Had problems with my heaters and Abi was straight on it as well.
She is very polite and helpful whenever I have any issues with my property.
Would definitely recommend.

Would like to leave a 5 star review for Abigail Gwilliam who always goes above and beyond for us as tenants. We have been in our house for 2 years now and she has never failed to help us when needed!

I moved to my home almost 3 years ago and had no end of issues now to the point the roof has a leak and the living room ceiling is caving in!

Leaders clearly don't give a toss because there leaving it like it!
