Leaders - Faringdon Omdömen

From the moment I saw the property advertised, I knew it was going to be my new home! The decision was made easier by the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I spoke to in the Faringdon branch. As a first time renter I had a lot of questions which were answered with great knowledge and patience. Nothing seems to be too much for this guys! Communication is incredible, they find things out and call you back, you always know where you’re at.
A special mention to Millie and Mel for helping me through the process, you are amazing!

Leaders are manage the flat above ours and we have had problems with their maintenance before, we reported that some ridge tiles had come off in a storm over 3 months ago I am guessing they are waiting until there is massive water damage rather than fixing it early when its a cheap and easy.

Millie was absolutely fantastic with my awful situation. Kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get settled.
Thank you so much to the team but particularly Millie xx

Very friendly and ready to guide,Mel Humphrey gave us a listening ear and followed up all the issues we were faced with so professionally. The dedication from the beginning to the day we moved in is so amazing, the team made sure we had a house we now call a home.My family arrived from abroad with no where to stay,we separated for weeks, amazingly Mel and the Faringdon team where calm and helped us settle. WE ARE SO GREATFUL FOR YOUR DEDICATION.

We were in search for homes and Leaders Faringdon welcomed us and made the whole process easy and smooth.
I would like to thank specifically Michelle Stallard. She was always helpful and communicated effectively.Michelle and her family even went beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and provided essentials for us since we had nothing to start with.
I can go on but in short l would like to thank Michelle and the team at Leaders Faringdon for great service.

The ladies at Leaders were very helpful and friendly, I went in for some advice on a transaction I was trying to carryout, the three ladies in there couldn't have been nicer and more helpful if they tried, the lady named Michelle was so helpful as I had forgotten my glasses she actually read everything out for me, ànd helped me with the information, if I had to have done it on my own I would still have been there now, they were fantastic in fact I would say angels, I would strongly recommend them. Pleasant lovely ladies.

We discussed our family requirements and workplace accessibility . I am very thankful to Michelle, Sharen, and other team members ( leaders, Faringdon) for showing us the same home which was according to our requirements and within our budget.
Although we were new to the UK and recently moved from UAE, Leaders guided us on every step to go through each step and we never felt newcomers but had a feeling someone was caring for us in the new country. Big thanks. God Bless the UK and Leaders

Excellent service from the Faringdon team of Leaders who proved useful and helpful whilst renting our house. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs - I rate them highly, and would certainly recommend them to others.

Great contact with the agency, very professional approach, they answers at every questions that we have. After
bad expierience with the last agency im more then happy that im renting from leaders.

Very good customer services and the company has no racial discrimination.

Moving house can be stressful - even more so when moving from abroad. So I really appreciated the service I received from the Leaders Faringdon office, especially Michelle Stallard. Thanks also to: Laura Elliott, Arianna Laing, and Sharon Jackson

Great customer service from all the team in Faringdon. We've experienced 2 years with Leaders and 2 house moves. The 2nd coming unexpectedly for everyone involved, but Sharon and her team gave us their full attention, always on hand to answer our questions, gave us plenty of moving options and ensured things ran smoothly and swiftly. We had great help from Michelle and Paige who were always super friendly and approachable during a stressful time. Always met with smiles whenever we went into the shop and put at ease when we needed it!

Thanks guys :)
