Leaders - Faringdon Omdömen

We have been with Leaders for about 10 years now and recently moved back to Shrivenham, this was with the help from Mel Humphries. She did a brilliant job in assisting us from start to finish in her professional, friendly way. I would definatly reccommend Mel/ Leaders if you are thinking of moving.
Cheers Mel

Worked with Paige over a number of months who provided an excellent service and was a pleasure to deal with

Working with Melanie Humphries at Leaders to find our new rental home was a fantastic experience. From the first viewing to signing the lease, Mel was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Even through a few hurdles with referencing and other paperwork Mel took the time to explain every step of the process and always provided the reassurance we needed during the transition. We are grateful for Mel’s support which made what could have been a chaotic move feel seamless. We are so happy with our new home and are incredibly grateful for Mel’s guidance.

Very helpful especially buying my first home

I cannot thank Paula Bray at Leaders Estate Agents enough for everything she has done to help us find the perfect rental property.

Over the past few weeks, Paula has gone above and beyond at every stage of the process. She has always been quick to respond to emails, chased up anything that needed following up, and kept us updated throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was always friendly, positive, and reassuring.

Moving can be stressful, but Paula made the whole experience so much easier. Her support, professionalism, and genuine care have been outstanding. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect property.

Paula is honestly one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever dealt with, and I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. Thank you, Paula, for all your hard work, patience, and support – it has been truly appreciated.

My whole existence with leaders faringdon has been flawless right from the beginning!

Leaders took all the stress out of moving into our first rental property and made the experience enjoyable. Mel and the whole team at Leaders Faringdon have been quick to answer questions and also helpful after move in with any issues we’ve had. Would highly recommend

I simply cannot fault Mel and the professional service she provided. She understood this move was a massive upheaval for me.
Nothing was too much trouble, she even held my tape measure while I nerdily measured everything to confirm my stuff would fit.
Everything happened as Mel said it would, I would recommend you get in touch with Leaders if you looking to move.
Thanks Mel

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience with Leaders Estate Agents in Faringdon, and especially with Mel. She has genuinely bent over backwards to help us every step of the way, nothing has ever been too much trouble. Mel has always been at the end of the phone whenever we’ve needed advice or reassurance, which has made the whole process completely stress free. This is hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with an estate agent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leaders Faringdon to anyone.

Great service from Melanie Humphries of Leaders letting agents. Mel was very professional and commutations were spot on. I would highly recommend her services

We used Leaders Faringdon to let our house out whilst we moved into military accommodation. Michelle and Mel did everything possible to manage our let whilst we focused on moving into our new home. A big thank you to the Leaders Faringdon team, who we look forward to working with long term.

We had the pleasure of having Millie as our guide.

She was incredibly supportive and professional, and she was also incredibly patient (we wanted to check out every single house on the market, haha!).

When there was a mix-up with our referencing, Millie was there to help us out. She was always on the phone to explain things and let us know that everything was being taken care of.

The ladies in the office were also super friendly and helpful.

Fast forward to now, and we’ve moved into our new house! And guess what? We got a box of goodies as a welcome gift!

Millie was incredibly friendly and helpful from the beginning when looking for a property to rent, and particularly kind in facilitating introductions with the landlord. A genuinely pleasing encounter.

We had a stress free experience with Leaders. Camilla was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We really appreciated how she kept us informed every step of the way, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was a pleasure working with her, and we would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and supportive service. Thank you, Camilla, for all your help!

It was an absolute pleasure to meet Millie, her communication skills and knowledge made the experience of renting my home so straightforward. Any questions I mailed were answered swiftly and made everything easy to understand and the experience as a whole a pleasure. Thank you

Millie (Camilla) has been brilliant from my initial enquiry on a property. Nothing was too much and she understood my family commitments and arranged a viewing that would suit us. She is friendly, easy to speak to, responds promptly and keeps you up to date throughout. An asset to your business!

The comparison between Leaders and the Agents I was with before is night and day. Melanie has been very quick to respond to my many questions and the whole team in Faringdon have been great. This has been the quickest turnaround I have ever had from viewing a property to moving in. And that was over the Christmas holidays too! Many thanks to you all.

We have been renting our house out with Leaders and they have always found us great tenants. The process of inventory and post let cleaning and handover has gone really smoothly. Michelle has always been particularly helpful when I have questions about the let and Sharon is quick to sort out any issues and points of confusion.

The leaders team at Faringdon are all amazing. They are friendly and helpful whilst professional in their approach. A special thanks to Sharon and her very supportive team in helping us with out BTLs.
