Leaders - Fareham Omdömen 

My son was helped recently by Emily Brooks at the Fareham branch whilst I acted as guarantor. My son was nervous as it was his very first rental and didn’t know what to expect but Emily put him at ease and he told me how very friendly and helpful she’d been every time he had a question - he didn’t feel he was ever being a nuisance!
She was very friendly and polite in all her communication with me too. Thank you Emily :)

Emily was a delight to work with from day 1. The rental property came available, and having informed me about it, arranged a viewing, and showed me around the flat with the current tenant. Having decided i wanted the flat, the process she put in place was flawless, even with the change of date i negotiated at the last minute. I was very impressed by her enthusiasm and professionalism. I think the only thing she forgot was to tell me to take my passport to the office, but i did not mind the 10 mile round trip on my bike - exercise is good for you!!.

Letting through leaders in Fareham was really easy and they've continued to provide great service since I moved in and have gotten settled. In particular Emily did a great job getting everything set up for me, talking to the landlord to make sure the contract worked for me and overall being extremely easy to get hold off when I needed answers to questions. I'd highly recommend both her and leaders for letting.

Megan Jones, Val Child and Jessica Seth are an excellent team. They covered for each other during holidays etc and ensured that the process of selling a house was seamless. The house was correctly priced and viewings were efficient, getting an offer quite quickly. They also assisted with the usual Q&A between solicitors, ensuring that the completion was expedited. About 2xmonths from start to completion. Great Job! Thanks ladies.

Emily has been great right from the start of our rental process. Quick to respond, excellent communication and extremely knowledgeable, it’s been a pleasure to have Emily help us find a rental property.

They do not answer the phone they triage calls so you can never get hold of anyone. Total Time wasters went to look at a property the estate agent was useless the property was filthy dirty basically showed my self around When i asked questions got vague answers even after this because of my situation i put a offer in. He emailed me the next day to say he had spoken to Landlord had promised to give him a decision by close of play and he would phone me in the afternoon to give me an update. Did not phone me at all i called left a message to ring me nothing. Emailed the next day because i had still not heard anything
He emailed the day after saying that landlord had decided to go with another offer total waste of time. Probably done me Favor as looking at some of these reviews on here disgusting.
