Leaders - Bromley Omdömen

Me and my partner have been looking to move out of central London now for months, but after lost viewings or never hearing back we have struggled. I put my enquiry in for a property and the next day Macy rung me, she was attentive and so polite. She made me excited to view the property even after my experience with other places.

Leaders is a very good estate agency, and the staff are extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I’m very happy with the service I have received.

Lucy has been so professional. She was consistent with following up on our decision regarding a property and always very polite. Thank you Lucy for your wonderful service!

Macy has been very helpful so far. I called on a Thursday and already had a viewing on a property on Monday. It was quick and easy giving over my details on the phone and she was a pleasure to speak with.

I would like to highlight the excellent service we received from Lucy. She has been a very professional, efficient, and approachable estate agent throughout the whole process. She has always been quick to answer all our questions and resolve any issues that have come up, always with great kindness and professionalism.

We are very happy with her work and the service we received. We would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

Great communication with Lucy and other agents.
Good understanding of forms needed to be filled in and a understanding team

I’ll say Macy Abbott is an exceptional agent who goes above and beyond for her potential clients. After my initial call with them and I was told the property I was enquiring was out of the market, Macy kindly sent me different lettings for me to choose from. My experience so far has been excellent - her patience and dedication ought to be rewarded.

Spoke to Macy who dealt with my enquiry very professionally and swiftly - arranged a viewing while I was on the phone.

Jake was professional and very helpful throughout my property search

Letting consultant Lucy was extremely helpful, gave great advice in my search for a property in the local area.

Excellent, Lucy at the Bromley Branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find a property. Would highly recommend.

Jake and Lucy has been helpful, friendly and responsive in organising viewings and follow on work for sorting out the tenancy.

I'm able to contact them and get a response back in a timely manner with questions I have regarding tenancy agreement and related documentation around it.

Lucy has been incredibly kind, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. She always answered our queries promptly and supported us at every step. She was very accommodating with viewings and made everything much easier for us. Truly excellent service.

I can't recommend Jake and Lucy at Leaders Estate Agents Bromley highly enough. From start to finish, they kept me updated every step of the way and always took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process so much less stressful.

Unlike other estate agents I've dealt with, where I constantly had to chase for updates and often never got a reply, Jake and Lucy were proactive, responsive, and always kept me informed without me having to ask.

They also worked around our busy work schedules, making themselves available when it suited us, which we really appreciated. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine willingness to help really stood out. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jake, Lucy, and the team at Leaders Bromley.

I had the viewing with Jake he was really helpful. He was very friendly and called me twice to check how long it would take me to reach. He answered all my questions and took time to explain. I would recommend the team for rental search and viewings

Lucy has done an excellent job in helping my friends and I secure a house for our second year at University. The process was smooth and the great service meant help was always available.
