Leaders - Bromley Omdömen

Great experience with Leaders, Macy has been helping me find a property to rent and has kept good communication throughout.

Macy was really accommodating and patient taking me through the time slots available for viewing and explaining in details for the property.

Macy is great from the start when I rang up about a flat to rent.
She was very quick in sorting out a viewing for a flat and I appreciated her help with my questions.

Thank you Macy.

Thank you Macy Gave me alternatives and very polite
Happiness

I had a pleasant experience with Macy at my viewing last week Friday. Macy calmly took me around the property and addressed my concerns regarding a scaffolding outside the adjacent property. Macy extended her service beyond the viewing with follow up call and message. She showed empathy when she heard I lost my mother after the viewing while giving me the opportunity to contact in future when I am ready. Thank you Macy for a brilliant customer service !

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Macy from Leaders, Bromley branch, for her outstanding guidance and support in helping us find a home in Bromley, London.

Macy was incredibly helpful, supportive, and professional throughout the process. She made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother and easier for us. We truly appreciate her time, responsiveness, and dedication in helping us find the right home.

Thank you, Macy.

We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property in the Bromley area!

Macy was very attentive on the phone.

Lucy K. has been amazing getting a viewing booked in for a that suits me, even with me making it difficult due to other commitments! She has been great! Can’t recommend the team enough!

Awful! Being a tenant with them is fine until anything at all goes wrong. They just barely do anything. Judging by the amount of time they have for any issues, they must be looking after millions of properties each. A simple job takes weeks of chasing before anything happens.
Definitely wouldn't recommend! Can't wait to be out of here

Staff member Macy was super responsive and helpful. It took no time to arrange a viewing although the property was already occupied. Thanks so much

Macy Abbott has been exeptionally diligent, helpful and extremely pleasant in my experience speaking to and viewing properties with her. She is swift on confirming details & viewings and I am pleased to say, I will be contacting her in the future for a great service

It is such a wounderl experience .Macy is quick in replay to emails and helps me when I had to rearrange my appointment time.

Me and my partner have been looking to move out of central London now for months, but after lost viewings or never hearing back we have struggled. I put my enquiry in for a property and the next day Macy rung me, she was attentive and so polite. She made me excited to view the property even after my experience with other places.

Leaders is a very good estate agency, and the staff are extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I’m very happy with the service I have received.
