Cancelled my order but didn’t tell me
Place order on line for some log lap timber to repair garden building
Lawson took order and sent acknowledgment I then got a PayPal refund for order with no correspondence from Lawsons, cancelling Theo deer with out letting me know at all.
I phoned them and they confirmed it was cancelled and told me I’d have to sort it out elsewhere.
Very poor customer service. Will never use again

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to receive a refund without any communication explaining that your order had been cancelled.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please could you send us your order number or account details so we can investigate what happened and review this with the relevant team?
