I was looking for a deal on Microsoft Office without subscribing to 365. I found this offer through my employee discount page at work. I was very skeptical that I could but the one-time purchase for such a low price. When I made the purchase I got the instructions and activation code immediately. But, it wouldn’t work. Great….I got scammed, or so I thought. So I emailed them back and got a new link within minutes. This was on a Friday night by the way. The new link worked perfectly. Would have been nice if the first attempt worked. I was expecting something like, we will get back to you in 3 business days; but they resolved my issue immediately.
