Saved me at the last moment

I had a very tight schedule and remembered the need to get authorization just one day before my flight. I found this website through a search and decided to try it because the reviews were good. Filling out took no more than twelve minutes, all the hints were in place, and I never once wondered whether I was answering a question correctly. After submission, I received an email that the application had been accepted for processing. A support staff member contacted me within twenty minutes to clarify one detail about previous trips to the US. I replied immediately, and an hour after that I received confirmation that everything was fine and the application had been forwarded. The final approval came within four hours of the initial filling, and I successfully flew out the next day. Huge thanks for the efficiency.

Well-structured form

All questions are in a logical order, nothing jumps around. I filled in the data in twelve minutes, only checking my passport. Support wrote to me themselves half an hour after submission to confirm that everything was fine. The result came within four hours.

Minimal effort from the user

I liked that I did not have to figure out the requirements on my own. All the hints were already built into the form. After completing the application, I received an email confirming that my information had been checked and submitted. The response from the US side came in less than a day. I did not contact support, but the process was so transparent that there was no need for it.
