La Senza Omdömen 

I went to the La Senza in the Guildford mall today. Both of the people who helped me were annoyed that I was wanting to exchange some items that were too small. One made a disparaging and condescending remark on the size of my butt. Completely inappropriate! It's not my fault your store has unrealistic sizing expectations. I am officially never giving anymore of my hard-earned money to La Senza. Absolutely horrible.

Went to the store. Bought 3 bras the size the sales lady said to. Got it home after a few times wearing the bra it stretched out and is very uncomfortable. Felt like the sales lady just wanted a sale.
Was not satisfied. Also the wires stick out of the sides of the bras. Very dissatisfied with the bras. Bought undies that you supposedly don’t feel the seam. Not true very uncomfortable also. Very dissatisfied.

Terrible customer service and a very disappointing experience.

The company uses an AI customer service system that provides information by email, but when I went to the store, the staff did not honor what I had been told. To make matters worse, the store manager was dismissive instead of trying to help "there's nothing I can do"

I purchased a "sticky" bra for $69, but it doesn't stick to my body as advertised. When I returned to the store to explain the issue, I was told I couldn't get a refund, even though the product did not perform as expected.

Between the poor customer service, the inconsistent information, and the disappointing product quality, I won't be shopping at La Senza again.

I've been a loyal La Senza customer for well over 10 years, but this experience has been enough for me to take my business elsewhere.
My frustration started when La Senza's return shipping portal wasn't working, leaving me with no choice but to pay out of pocket to ship my return back myself. After dealing with that inconvenience, my returned package was delivered to their warehouse on June 30, and weeks later I was still waiting on nearly $80 to be refunded.
I contacted customer service on July 16 to ask for an update and never even received the courtesy of a response. Instead of proactively resolving the issue, I've been left chasing a refund that should have been processed long ago.
Mistakes and technical issues can happen, but how a company handles them is what matters. Having to pay for return shipping because of their system issues, then waiting weeks for a refund while receiving no communication, is simply unacceptable.
After more than a decade as a loyal customer, I'm incredibly disappointed by the lack of customer service and communication. Unfortunately, this experience has cost La Senza a long-time customer.
I would appreciate if someone from La Senza would contact me to resolve this matter. I simply want the refund I'm owed.

Jenna at the Halifax shopping centre branch was very helpful and she made my shopping experience fun. she was very patient and she helped me find exactly what I need.

Customer services uses an AI tool when you're trying to contact them and it is extremely unhelpful. Basically tells you it's your problem to figure out. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Will never be order from this company again. I literally tried to change/adjust my order within seconds of accidentally hitting order (just recently moved and my previous address autopopulated) and was told you can return if not sale items. Beware! This company doesn't care about customers at all, only MONEY.

After a long conversation with my husband, I decided to write this review. A few weeks ago, I visited this location with my very young pre-teen daughters to shop for bras. While we were browsing the store, we overheard a conversation coming from a tall blonde employee covered in tattoos, discussing very personal and explicit topics. She was openly talking about having her IUD removed from her "vagina" and how uncomfortable sex had been for her.
I immediately removed my daughters from the store because the conversation was completely inappropriate for a retail environment, especially around young children. The car ride home afterward was extremely uncomfortable, as my daughters began asking questions and bringing up topics that we were not yet prepared to discuss with them.
As a parent, the entire experience caused a great deal of stress and discomfort for our family. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location again. Edmonton -southgate location,

I ordered since May 13 and until now I did not receive my orders! I emailed them and they replied that one of their customer service will contact me but no one is calling me pr helping me to solve the issue. The items are hold in madrid customs and I asked them to talk to DHL but no response! Even the DHL has the poor customer service!! 🤬🤬🤬

The no line panties are really great.
Easy to wear, feels good and smooth on the skin and really comfortable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Toronto Eaton Centre (Store #7159) on Tuesday while shopping to refresh my wardrobe. I was professionally fitted and assisted by Kayla, who was absolutely excellent.

She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful—taking the time to find the perfect styles and colours for every occasion. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Been a fan since 2008, recently bought straight from Canada. To my dismay quality has gone downhill. Poor quality, panties fraying. I’m never buying anything from them again unfortunately.

Horrible customer service with the online support team. Their website glitched and selected the wrong bra size for my order even though I selected the correct one several times it kept reverting to 32a every time I got to the checkout so I ordered it in the wrong size. I emailed customer service as soon as I completed the transaction asking if they could change the order or refund it before it was sent and didn’t get a response until a WEEK later when the bras had already arrived. Now they insist I PAY for a return label which costs 1/3 of the price of the bra and pay to return it to be refunded. Why would I even bother?! I also have no stores I could return it to in person. If they’re going to have such a horrible return policy the least they could do is not take a week to reply to customers.

I filled out the return for over a week ago and have not been sent a return label. I emailed customer service and got an AI response telling me to fill out the form. I replied and said I have then I got an email saying they were closed even though it is in the hours they list as open. The phone number doesn't work - SO dodgy!!

I recently replaced all my old bras. I was a loyal customer of LaSenza my whole life. My old bras lasted me years, but it was time to replace them. The new bras I bought were such poor quality, compared to the old ones I had. They were still from the exact same line, but the stitching ripped apart, the two cups on one bra completely ripped apart, the clasps bent and broke, and the removable straps WILL NOT stay in place and come flying off every time I put a bra on. Worst purchase I’ve even made. I will be shopping at Victoria Secret from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased two bras online a couple months ago. One had a broken strap and the other didn’t fit. I emailed and didn’t receive a response for several days so I called. Their lines were all busy so I left a callback message. Never got a callback. I called again and was told their return system is down and that I could send it back when it was working. It’s been a month and a half and I have asked several times since then about the return with no resolve. Their lines were return window had now passed and they can’t generate a return label. Buyer beware - worst shopping experience I’ve come across plus the products are trash.

I have frequently shopped at La Sensa however will avoid them in the future. I received a Xmas present and merely wanted to exchange for the identical product in a different size. They wouldn’t allow it without the receipt which of course I didn’t have, I did not want to offend the giver nor bother them to locate a receipt when they live out of province. Therefore I was stuck with a product I couldn’t use. Tags ribbon etc etc we’re all intact.Be warned if you are gifting someone I would not recommend buying from La Senza

I was in your Nanaimo store to purchase a couple of bras. The clerk showed me where the change rooms were. I mentioned to her that I was unsure of my size so it might take a few trys to find the right one. I said please come back and check ss i will need help finding the right fit. I just wanted you to know that she did not offer to measure me and she never returned to help me. After trying on the six or seven bras, I figured out what size I should be. Would’ve been nice to get help because each time I went back out to find another bra I had to get dressed. inconvenient at best. It was not busy in the store. In fact, both employees were standing at the checkout with no customers at the time.

I have purchased my bras from lasenza store @ bramalea city Center store on Thursday and just after one hour of wearing the bra the wire pop out of the cup. I have called the store let them know what but they said to call customer service. The store were of no help customer. Very bad customer service at this location.

My wife bought the obsessive Plunge bra from La Senza. It didn’t even last a year as it’s snapped down the centre. My wife got professionally fitted by one of the ladies there, so this wouldn’t happen. It obviously wasn’t good quality. Would not recommend

Been shopping here since I was 15-16, I'm 29 now and still love their bras! A lot of stores in Calgary have closed down so I mainly shop online but I'm always pleased with the experience.
