Have been buying clothes from AT for several years now since my 16 yr old grandson is 6'5" and granddaughter is 5'9". Clothes are great quality and fashionable

I enjoy shopping the items at American Tall. As someone who has always had difficulty finding pants or jeans with a long inseam, I appreciate having this shop as an option.

Update. American Tall reachdd back out to me and got the issue resolved in one email.

Awful. I ordered some shorts that I needed ASAP and they mistakenly sent me pants and their customer support is so awful that it takes them "up to two days to reply" so just fixing the problem takes an unimaginable amount of time and energy. Avoid this company like the plague!!!

Bottom line—the clothes fit and they're well made

Very pleased with my purchase. First time my tall husband has had PJ bottoms that were long enough.

As a 5'11" woman for over 5 decades, I have dealt with a lot of tall clothing manufacturers. I was really hoping this "American Tall" would be one of the better ones. Nope.

I ordered a simple cotton ladies white blouse and some PJ bottoms. When I started opening the package my first though was, did they send me a man's dress shirt by accident? There is absolutely no female shape to it, so it likely is the same shirt for both men and women. Not at all flattering! The quality is not nearly as good as I would have hoped. About as simple as you can get, and very thin. VERY overpriced!

At the end of the day, this is just another company making products in Asia and pretending to be in the U.S. and Canada.

The tapered fit travellers' chinos pant is a perfect fit for my 6ft son.

I’ve always found it so difficult being so tall to find a nice range of clothes and nice colours apart from black brown or grey but American Tall is fantastic

I love that American Tall focuses on “tall” and not “big & tall” and that tall means 6’ to 7’1” men and 5’9” to 6’6” women. And it is “secretly” a Canadian company. 🥰

I first wrote a pretty unsavory review on here, but then they resolved my issue.

So in all fairness I'll update it.

Major cons of this brand is that they use a third party checkout service that will redirect you during checkout leading to possible shipping issues. When I first contacted them about this, the response was basically
"yeah that's our fault, but oh well, contact the shipper maybe you can redirect it. Good luck!"

Which I didn't appreciate. I did my best to cancel the shipment by contacting the shipping carrier which I believe was USPS which was a major headache. Luckily it worked. I issued a refund that time and then requested the pants be sent to my correct address.

At this point the communication felt better and more like they were trying to rectify the situation, though it took us a while to get there...

I still find it very annoying that there is no one you can call and talk to, but I will give them credit they did their best to rectify the situation, after being hounded about it.

Still, an unbeatable fit for me.

As a tall guy, long underwear has always been difficult to find, always too tight and too short. The American Tall long johns are perfect! Very happy with them, very comfortable and well made.I bought both colors and will keep looking for more in the future.

We have ordered from American Tall many times and have been very happy overall! My husband is 6’5”, my son is 6’4”, and I am 6’ tall. It is so nice to order clothes knowing they will fit! Thank you American Tall!!!

Everyone I have given a gift to of American Tall's clothing has been excited to see them year after year. Quality has been great and wearability excellent.

Need humans for customer service not A.I.!!!!

I bought 2 pair of women's fleece pants. Both were XL/XT. One was gray, the other blue. I LOVED them, so I ordered 2 more of the exact same size, same length. I ordered another gray one and a sage green one. Unfortunately, the gray one was 1 inch shorter than the first gray one I ordered. I prefer the length of the first one. The sage green one was about 3-4 inches LONGER....so long that I have to cuff them TWICE or they totally cover my entire foot so much so that I will trip on them! They are dragging on the floor! I did a CHAT online and was texted that changes are made to products due to customer comments. I guess I get that, but why would 1 be 1 inch shorter and the other one is 3-4 inches longer? I got an immediate response via EMAILto my review about this & they gave me an explanation for the discrepancy in length. They claim the material could cause a difference. I wouldn't think THAT much of a difference. They sent me another pair in the same size but shorter length. The replacement WAS shorter, but still longer than the original 2 pair I received. The customer service via EMAIL was very accommodating to try to rectify my issue. I was very pleased with their efforts. The manufacturing part of these pants, however, is questionable. I would think pants of the same size, same length, just different colors, SHOULD all be the same fit. There should not be such a difference in how they fit. So, the customer service via EMAIL was great, but the products themselves has so much variation. 2 of the 4 pair I received were PERFECT. There is no correspondence via PHONE.

I was excited to order something with the word “American” in it since I’m excited about supporting American made stuff. My things arrived with labels saying “made in China”. That was sad to me.
In addition, I’m a 5”10 female with very long legs, and the jumpsuit I got is SO LONG that even in heels it’s WAY too long. I thought I had finally found a company that made just the right length. But alas, they’re just like eveyrone else: instead of realizing every human is different and needs custom sizes and lengths, they assume the length should be “fill in the blank.” The idea of this business is a good one, but the execution is lacking.

Clothes are okay - fits are great - shipping and cx are horrible - not worth the price
