I needed a copy of the deeds to my house, and the request was dealt with promptly. I was unable to open the files sent, so sent back a message, and next day new copies were sent which opened satisfactorily. So, pleased overall.

I have used this company on a number of occasions and would not hesitate to do so in the future. The turn around time for requested information is as promised and both Landsearches website site and contact emails are made easy and keeping the customer well informed during the process of the search.

I used Landsearches to supply me with e - copies of title deeds although I found them expensive they were very quick and helpful.
I also asked about some information I needed on restricted covenants they supplied me with info on my property but said that I should check the other residents deed I asked them how much this would cost they came back with the other information with no charge a good understandable attitude.

Landsearches co.uk charges fees approximately two and a half times as much as going direct to the government Land Registry site and in my case took a fee and claimed the documents were not available and refused a refund. The documents were immediately available directly from the Land Registry at a fraction of the cost. Do not waste your money by using this firm - use this company at your peril.

Yesterday I ordered copies of a couple of documents from LandSearches.co.uk. They found them and quickly sent the copies to me electronically. However, for some reason I could not open the files. Not to worry - I contacted LandSearches and they were able to help me to open them - not really their job, but they were being very helpful and providing good customer service. The ordering system was quite straightforward and easy to use and responses from LandSearches were rapid. All in all this is an excellent organisation which I can recommend highly..

Very helpful and informative - when my first search didn't have any results they suggested how to try and get around it by putting a different date range in which then meant they found the document I was looking for. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Applied for our property deeds online today. Very easy, straightforward process. Later in the day - after receiving notification our paper copies had already been dispatched - husband decided it may be prudent to have the pack we ordered also stored online in case of loss of the said order.
