Very happy

Very happy - my Title Deed documents were easy to order and arrived as both electronic and hard copies very speedily. The guidance material for completing the AP1 and TR1 forms looks helpful, although I'm likely to engage the services of a solicitor/conveyancer to complete the forms on my behalf.

I requested Title and Boundary…

I requested Title and Boundary documents relating to my property from LandSearches.co.uk. The documents arrived with all the details I had requested, and more information about the property that I was not aware of. It enabled me to maintain electronic copies of the documents. The most impressive aspect of the service was the promptness and comprehensive responses I received to my queries.

Great company very efficient

Great company very efficient and respond very quick. Have knowledge of information provided and are able to put into language for ease of understanding.
Should definitely use again and would recommend to all my friends and family.
Nice to have some professionalism for once.

We have a service lane at the rear of…

We have a service lane at the rear of our home, which is accessed via house number 1, house number 2 told us that they now owned a section of the service lane, Land Searches have been exceptional at finding out who actually owes the service lane, showing me the information on the maps. 10/10.

Highly professional

I contacted LandSearches

I contacted LandSearches, using the online guidance, as we needed to clarify our boundary responsibility.
I received an immediate response. On inspection the documents didn't have any new information on them and I already had the documents form purchasing our property. I messaged to say exactly what information I was looking for an received a detailed response the same afternoon.
Really prompt, efficient service which has enabled us to move forward with our requirements.

Great service

I had a really quick response and investigation from the team which included all the documents. Even better when I asked for clarification they replied with a very clear explanation which was really helpful. I am happy to recommend them.

I would like to update my review on…

I would like to update my review on this company as they are denying me access to my order which I am entitled to. Landsearches will not respond to my request giving them all the information needed, they still have my messages so why block my order details? I Paid for it! Landsearches wanted more data from my first review to make sure I was a true customer of theirs and I did give it, however no reply? Oh congratulation on changing your terms and conditions to the same as tick box not to deceive your consumers but still it did not help me So on a last note be careful out there, there are other companies! A bit confusing to why the invited reviews are so high? Surely Landsearches are not the only ones to optain the information where others failed? A quick service means no refund. This is an honest and fair review.

A Very Helpful Service

I was very pleased with the help and guidance I recieved from LandSearch. Without them I would have found it very difficult to negotiate my way through the problems that are facing me at the moment.
