Quick and comprehensive response - I had a question regarding propery transfer details and they were very fast to respond and gave a very detailed response which was easy to understand.

use the gov.uk site, info costs £7.00 this site charged £49.00 and provided nothing, allow 5 working days, now 12 days later, nothing, and can't be contacted. The address is a mid terrace house in a cul-de sac.

IS THIS COMPANY GENUINE
I ordered title deeds and was told I would have them electronically in 24hrs . Have heard nothing and can't contact them

I had quite a number of queries regarding my lease and the Land Registry replied almost immediately to each query I raised, I cannot praise them high enough, for their courteous and helpful replies.

Purchased a land search thinking I was on the hmrc website.Paid £23.70 when it is only £7.00 on their web site and have never received anything.What a scam!!!

Rapid response, everything was very clear and the whole process was nice and easy.

This is a suspicious web site.

My Anti-Virus software reports "Your connection to this web page is not safe due to an unmatching security certificate.
This means that the certificate was issued for a different web address than the one it is being used for, and you run the risk of exposing your data by accessing this page."

I got the same documents by return direct from a government Registry for £3.00 whereas I paid them £73.19!!!
They don't tell you there is VAT to be added until the end and then they even charge you to send the documents by email. They charge extra to get the information quicker i.e. 24 hrs and 12hrs, but you get it immediately direct from the other government source that I am not allowed to name.

The procedure to request a copy of my Lease on-line was easy to understand, and complete. The response from the Land Searches team was quick, and included advice on implications & options, plus updates of my order, via email messages. The Lease was ready to download within 3 days of my request. Very professional

Great service obtaining copy of plan which Land Registry had originally omitted from Transfer document.

I urgently needed a date for when a property was bought by my parents. To log in was simple and I received the information within 8 hours via a straightforward message system and would highly recommend the efficient and excellent way the matter was dealt with.

Very happy - my Title Deed documents were easy to order and arrived as both electronic and hard copies very speedily. The guidance material for completing the AP1 and TR1 forms looks helpful, although I'm likely to engage the services of a solicitor/conveyancer to complete the forms on my behalf.
