Lancashire Lighting Omdömen 

I Placed an order last month for a new light cover & still has not arrived, after 2 weeks I had to phone Lancashire lighting up myself & was then told they didn't have that size in stock & that i needed to choose a new size, which i did & its now being another week & it still has not arrived with no communication in between.

Arrived quickly, lamp shades look great! Really impressed for the price

It’s always a leap of faith when ordering online from an unknown company but I shouldn’t have been concerned. After placing my order, I received regular updates on the delivery and it arrived in just a few days. The item was just as advertised and now installed look great. Thank you Lancashire lighting, I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

The carriage charge was expensive, the item took a long time to arrive, the item is not as displayed on the website and help function wasn't very helpful.

We placed our online order on a Monday and it was delivered two days later in the advised time slot -GREAT. Unfortunately the light assembly was slightly faulty but it only needed a short phone call and a replacement was arranged for two days later. This came on time and was installed within 24 hours. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR NEW LIGHTS AND THE EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY SERVICE.

The light I ordered initially came really quickly but upon opening it I found that a significant glass element was completely broken. I contacted Lancashire lighting immediately and got an initial response but have had no further communication from them since, despite sending emails and questions. It has been a week since they gave me any information and I have no idea what is going on with a replacement piece or if I should push for my money back. Very frustrating. Due to this I am Not sure they are very organised or trustworthy.

Prompt despatch of our 2 lamps and excellent packaging. Some self assembly but very simple. Very pleased with our purchases.

They were really helpful when I needed to amend an order following a conversation about the product I'd ordered. The new order arrived very quickly and, given the fragile nature of the glass shades they were really well packed and there was no damage.

Been sent this link twice, contacted customer service 3 times and still waiting for a response as to where my order us. Hopefully I get a reply soon and recieve my order 2 weeks after ordering a 2 day delivery item

I ordered a £200 ceiling light on the 12th sept 23. The ordered stated 2-3 days delivery no sign of the light! I contacted Lancashire lighting direct on 3 separate occasions and was told they would get back to me still waiting and to make the matter worse they have asked me on 2 occasions to rate the product I never received. I have never experienced such poor service.

Lovely product, accurate description, good delivery. Far too much packaging requiring customer driving to another retailer - also plastic tape.

I ordered a pair of light fittings online, truly happy with my purchase, I then received a phone call from LL to say I had not ordered the accompanying fittings for the said purchase which would render it unusable, much appreciated.
The only thing I would suggest is that both the clustered light and fittings should truly be sold together as a set.

Took my money but never delivered. PayPal had to step in and retrieve my money.
