While the delivery of my purchase was late, this was due to the courier managing to loose the first item sent.
Despite this Frese from BPS was chasing up daily to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible, and once it was clear the third party freight forwarder had lost the item, despatched a replacement that came next day.
As such they deserve 4 starts for the great customer support directly from BPS and Frese, but miss out on 5 as their third party freight forwarder let them down.

Great product (DIY premium 7m scaffold with outriggers making it more stable). It was ordered and delivered within the 24 hours quoted and when I mucked up part of the order at my end (completely my fault) they were very helpful and sorted it out with in an hour of me phoning. Thank you.
P.S. the portable folding ladder I bought off BPS a decade ago is great too and still working

Only reason this organisation got two stars is due to Carly .If she wasn't there they wouldnt get any in my book.
The ironic thing is we are updating all our ladders to tripods and I thought I'd purchase just one from this company and see how it plays out .Well now I know !!!!!

This purchase has been an absolute joke .Purchased ladder on the understanding it was next day delivery 14th Sept. Waited in all day and cost me work only for the item not to arrive.
This has carried on all week until today and apparently the item is coming this morning .If it doesnt Ill definately get a refund..
The biggest joke of all and one to be aware of when purchasing from BPS their delivery company (DX DELIVERY) might not have a van big enough for your delivery ( This is the joke a delivery company that takes on a contract for obviously big items).
Why are they using a company that cant deliver absolutely crazy....Dont order anything bigger than a shoe box and it might arrive...

Ive not recieved any form or compansation for the lost work that just been taken for granted.
They rarely answer the phones- If you use online chat they will keep you holding and just disapear ....

Thankfully we didnt do a big order with them as their courier cant even deliver one item...........

Great service from the team when there was an issue with the delivery which was resolved the same day. Would recommend BPS for the folding loft laddder.

Staircase was delivered fast and it was a fantastic quality, but I had to send it back for a refund due to council regulations in my area: all I wanted was to replace the old loft stairs with a spiral staircase without further modifications to the loft but they regarded it as a loft conversion. Customer services at BPS was above and beyond reproach and have assisted me through every step of the process.

The fact that I am leaving a five star review even though things didn’t go smoothly initially means that the way they dealt with my query was very professionally handled and I’m very happy with the service I received overall.

I have only used it at 4m so far but was very pleased with it. It felt very stable without outriggers but was even better when I added the outriggers. Two bent parts that were in the extension pack have now been replaced. Great service.

I’ve had my 7 m tower for about four years now you feel very secure when you’re at the top perfect for the DIY some of the wing nuts had broken phone Customer Services and they sent me some more out very helpful great to thoroughly recommend it

Purchased a 7 metre Home Master scaffold tower which arrived with damage to one of the frames .Contacted Frese in customer service who was very pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue. Replacement frame was dispatched and received 1 week later. Very happy with product and their excellent customer service

This is a genuine review of my experience. Ultimately the ladder itself is of good quality, however dealing with BPS Solutions has been difficult, at best. The ladder originally arrived with one of the feet missing, rendering the ladder unusable. Despite highlighting this immediately, it took 4 weeks to resolve. BPS were difficult to contact with numerous telephone calls going unanswered and emails slow to get a response. 2 weeks after receiving the ladder a replacement foot was received only to find it was not the correct one. Even though photos and measurements were supplied of the part needed. A further 2 weeks went by before the correct part was received. This was despite assurances that the matter was being dealt with as a priority. The Customer Service is not what you would expect, and it appears that one person does not know what the other is doing. On the day the foot arrived I was told by Management that a partial refund would be given as an apology for the inconvenience. This has not materialised. However, 2 days later a Courier arrived to uplift the ladder to return. I rest my case! As stated, the ladder is great and has served the purpose it was purchased for. In hindsight I should have just purchased similar product locally and paid the extra cost. Getting a bargain is sometimes not the best option. Update on original review 22/09/26...as expected no further contact from Company!

Good price and pre delivery support from Frese was excellent.

Order a ladder for next day delivery, on Friday it never came, messaged customer service who said it was lost but now found and would come tomorrow, it's be another couple of days since then, no news and no ladder... It's now the following Friday it's been a week and there is zero eta of it arriving or where it is, despite it being "next day delivery"

Brought a Scaffold tower from BPS. Great service throughout, great products and excellent customer service and aftercare, would definitely recommend using them. They are our go to supplier.

I received a phone call from the builders young daughter who ordered a garden shed from bps saying the delivery man has just been verbally abusive to her down the phone because he can't drive through the gate to the car park due to the bushes on one side so I went out to tell him he can fit through the gate.
I saw him parked outside of the gate and ushered him to come through.
he told he can't fit through the gate.
I told him we have Bin men's truck's fit through, he replied and said the bushes would damage his wing mirror.
I asked if he could fold his wing mirrors in and he said it would then be out of alignment.
I asked if he had a trolley, he said he would carry them so I offered to help.
He set aside a pack of panels for me to carry telling me it was the light pack, which I found out was the heaviest out of the lot.
I brought it down to my side gate connected to the house and he dropped off all the others to my front door.
I asked if he could bring them down to me at my side gate, he said no it's a door step delivery then walked down to me at my side gate asking me to sign for the delivery.
I told him I would sign for it once I've dragged the other packs to the side gate.
He said has places to go and I told him that as he's caused me an inconvenience I'm re-paying it back to him.
He then said Oh so you're gonna play that game, I said I'm not playing any game.
He stormed off swearing, I told him to mind his language.
Upon taking the other packs to the side gate which took less than 5 minutes I realised he'd given me the heaviest pack at the start.
As I approached his vehicle to sign for the delivery he accelerated off.
If someone that rude doesn't like his job he should just quit instead of being so rude to customers.Especially one that had gone out of their way to help him.

I've never encountered such disgusting behaviour from a verbally disrespectful deliveryman in all my life, this company should be utterly ashamed.
This happened on the 3rd September 2026 and since then the builders have been in touch with BPS who have been constantly onto DX Delivery to resolve this matter and with their help we actually got the same driver to turn up today the 10/09/2026 and take this delivery. My builder gave him a stern talking to telling him it costs nothing to be nice. BPS got in touch with me to also apologise for his behaviour and I couldn’t convey enough how much I thought they should change they’re delivery provider. I just hope now they never have to hear about something like this happening to any of their customers from now on. Thank you BPS for all your help in this matter.

Contacted BPS for a small part for my ladder and Carly was very helpful in identifying said part and posting it out to me. Excellent service.

Ordered a 2x2 gazebo at £89, BPS mispicked and supplied a lighter weight unit which I decided would actually meet our needs so I offered to keep it if they refunded the £25 difference in price. First response was very fast (same day within 2 hours), took a couple of messages to establish that they had indeed delivered the wrong unit & they agreed to reimburse. Not bad service at all I think.

Bought a 6.23m Triple extension ladder which arrived damaged, no fault of BPS, must have been the courier. Got in touch with Carly in customer service and without hesitation sent me a new one the next day. What a very pleasant experience.
