Id been barely managing with only limited sleep at night due to carpal tunnel pain. Initially skeptical of the Kovaria wrap I've discovered that by using it twice a day for the past 2 or 3 weeks I've been able to stretch out my sleep to a continuous 6 hours or so. I'm confident continued use will result in more benefit.

I have quite severe Carpal Tunnel and selected Kovaria (against having surgery) as an option, having read a lot of reviews and reports.
Clearly, it is not a quick fix but I have been persevering with 15 mins daily now for a few months. Sometimes, I feel progress is being made whilst other times not so. Think this will take a few months, so I will keep going!

I bought this device for my adult son, who has had significant issues with his left wrist, and minimal success with physiotherapy and other therapies. Doctors have not been able to adequately diagnose the issue, with speculation that it could be rheumatoid arthritis, ligament damage or fluid build up.
He has been using the Kovaria device as recommended, and it has definitely helped more than anything else to date. He feels that with regular use his wrist is continuing to improve. Time will tell whether it assists to return his wrist to full function without pain.

Thera wrap for wrist has been helpful, though it hasn't "cured" my carpal tunnel problem. The complete charger (charger plus cord) is appreciated.

I have to say all went well. The order arrived on time, I have used it for a couple of days, I am sure it will work.

Product seems to work fine - needs time really evaluate. Service was good - timely shipping and reasonable cost.

I received mine last week May 16, 2026. I charged it and have used it but the battery life is very short. I used it just now for like 15 minutes after fully charged and it already died. So I am questioning if I maybe got a fault unit.
Update: I was contacted by Kovaria and they got me to charge fully first (I charged overnight) and then begin to wear it. That fixed the problem!

Good product seems to be helping my hands

Honesty I was surprised with the result,I have cuppel tunel and was sceptical but truly amazed it has relieved my burning tinging numbing pain.

It takes some of the pain away starting to notice a difference. I bought two , one has failed

I used it for maybe a couple of weeks and the tingling and pins and needle feeling is gone on my 2 fingers and thumb! so it works for me!

The infrared wrap works amazing. I have been using it for over two months. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in my right wrist. I had tingling in my right hand with my index finger and middle finger. My option was surgery or find relief another way. I purchase the Kovaria wrist wrap. After about a week the finger tingling went away. I started to gain more flexibility in my wrist. I could wash my cars again and ride my ebike. I use the wrap several times a week when I need it. I postponed surgery until at least the fall. I really don’t think the surgery will provide any better results. I thoroughly find the Kovaria Wrist Wrap works to relieve my wrist issued. I am a believer. Thank you!

I believe this device has greatly helped my carpal tunnel. I use it every night and although I still have discomfort it’s less than before and the wrist pain is also less bothersome. I will continue to use it and hopefully see more results in the longer term.

Seems be helping wrist and back pain so surgery is not in the immediate future.

Kovaria has helped my wrists and I had a ganglion on each wrist and they are now almost gone.
