**Buyer Beware**
1st off, I haven't received my order of Therawraps yet. I only placed my order last week. So the product quality itself is yet to be determined. The root of my complaint here is with Kovaria's marketing/posturing vs. their actual handling of my transaction.
My order was simply for (2) therawrap red light wrist devices.
When it came to checkout, they direct you to a spammy page of add-ons with a whole bunch fine print after you enter your payment info. This resulted in an unwanted addition of some activation gel bundle that I definitely did not want. They slap a more than $50.00 charge for this bundle that seems impossible to not accept with your order. But it doesnt end there! This bundle, which is generally not even known to enhance red light therapy (gels are rather used in procedures involving ultrasound, etc.), is actually a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION add-on for which Kovaria will continue to charge you. Then, when the customer requests a refund, they KEEP 20.00 of the 50.00 gel bundle cost for themselves for processing the refund! I wonder how much they are making off of customers who simply accidentally included this gel bundle and then were subject to this fee. I stared at the checkout screen for several minutes and could not see how to remove the gel bundle in the first place. In an effort to keep this short, here's my synopsis: They website uses kind wording and the products generally may work well (not sure yet) but dont be the target of these unfair business practices which are designed to separate you from your hard earned money. Consider ordering from another company. One that looks out for the consumer, processes/coordinates refunds/returns in a fair and honest manner. I have been using the wrap for a few months for carpal tunnel. Most all the symptoms are gone. Order the second one. Thankful!

Love it, it seems to be working, less pain and tingling! Happy with it.

I’ve been using your Thera wrap for a month now. I use it every evening before I go to bed. My pain level in both hands is down. The fingers on my right hand still go to sleep and get numb during the night so I have to keep changing their position in my bed. I hope that gets better overtime.

I have been using the Therawrap on both wrists for almost a month. After about a week I noticed that when I woke up in the morning that I had not been awakened by the numbness in my fingers, as it had been a nightly occurrence for a coupe of months. It took so much time to get the numbness out so as to be able to go back to sleep.
I'm looking forward to see the changes the TheraWrap will do for the tingling in the fingers and the Carpal T. in the wrist. The wrists seem to be getting better as I haven't been getting as much of the "electric shock" like symptoms if the fingers are twisted or turned a little out of line. Thanks so much for a wonderful product that will help many with their pain issues.

So far it seems to be helping slowly. Still too early to give a real asessment.

I am only two weeks using this item. I am having less numbness and less intense numbness. I am waiting to see what happens after a longer period of use before giving a higher rating. It is worth trying. I saw a difference after the first week of use.

Shipping the device from China took a long time to deliver, 16 days.
As of now, 18 days later, and using it religiously as instructed, I do not see any results yet. I will keep using it with the hope it will have an effect.

Ya he comprado 3 productos por que se estan descomponiendo muy pronto ya no cargan y se apagan no se como lo van a solucionar, el producto es muy bueno para el problema pero estan fallando en el funcionamiento esto me desanima por que no cuenta uno con el recurso para estar comprando cada 3 meses que es lo que duran.
