I had my wrap for 14 weeks
I had my wrap for 14 weeks, 2 weeks past the guarantee. I noticed at about 10 weeks the power button started glitching. Thought it was operator error. By the time I was sure it wasn’t and I got a response from customer service the wrap was just past the warranty. I was led to believe I may still have hope seeing how I paid $70 and it was just past the warranty. I was asked to send in videos of the malfunction. I thought, not a problem. Did not realize you have to have WiFi to send videos and I do not have WiFi. I live in a rural area and in order to be on WiFi have to make a trip to town. Anyway all this was explained and seemed to be accepted. And now nothing!

We’d like to clarify that the requested video helps our team assess the reported malfunction and determine the appropriate next steps. Uploading a video requires an internet connection, but it does not necessarily require Wi-Fi; mobile data may also work, depending on your connection and data plan.
Our Device Service Request process asks customers to provide supporting details, photos, or videos when possible so our team can better understand the issue. While our standard guarantee period is 90 days from delivery, we understand that you reported noticing the problem before the guarantee expired. I have been in so much pain
I have been in so much pain, it’s been five months now since I had surgery. The first few days i used it I could tell an immediate difference. it’s been 19 days now, I use it two or three times a day and it has freed up my hand tremendously!!! It’s nowhere as tight and stiff as it has been for months. I have arthritis in it and the other hand now too. it’s just made a big difference. I’m praying that with continual use my hands. Will be back to normal again.

I was very sceptical at first
I was very sceptical at first. But I'll try anything to avoid surgery. I am honestly surprised at the relief I am getting from regular use of my wrist wrap. It didn't happen straight away. Took a good couple of weeks. To have relief when I sleep is the best.

After 30 minutes of Use I am pain free
After 30 minutes of Use I am pain free. Able to continue playing guitar. Unfortunately, the pain does reoccure. My hope is eventually I can achieve full recovery. One thing is certain; they work for me! I had some issues with a therawrap that quit working. I took it apart and soldered a loose wire, works fine now.

Magic wrap.
Didn't think this would work ,how wrong i was. This doe's everything you said it would ,and more i use this every night for 20mins, still some tingling, but this wrap has reduced it immensely already, early days yet but doing well and love the fact that you keep in touch to check how its going can't praise this company enough ,highly recommend to everyone struggling with nerve pain and Arthritis. thank you so much,this wrap is worth every penny.

Not so great service.
I liked the way it was working on my wrist but what I didn't like is that it only worked long enough to go out of the 90 day warranty. And when I called to if they would replace it they said no. So I will look for a different company to buy my next one because of the customer service.

I used my Kovaria one time and it was enough for me; but my daughter is using it every day when she is driving to her work. She feels much better now . She felt something different on her first time using Kovaria; less pain and tingling. She is very happy now, almost no pain with at least two weeks using it. Honestly I thought about buying a similar product. Thinking about it for weeks. Finally made a decision ... and bought Kovaria, it was the best choice. I recomend Kovaria based on results that I have seeing in my daughter. Thanks Kovaria teem.

Game changer. It actually works. I love it.
I am so shocked that something advertised actually works. My CTS was keeping me up every night even wearing the doctor prescribed brace and making using my computer nearly impossible. I have been wearing this red light wrap from Kovaria for one month and have 90% improvement. I sleep without pain or numbness and have no issues on my computer for the first time in years. As an architect, this is a business savior. I can only hope it stays the same or if possible, keeps getting better.
Beware. I bought a phony one from Amazon and used it for 2 weeks and had no improvement. It looked exactly like the Kovaria one and even said it was from Kovaria, but when I called Amazon, they learned it was a fake. They accepted the return immediately.
