I have been using the device two times a day and at least 3 to 4 times a week. I believe it is helpful but am sure it will take longer to see a difference.

As a veteran knows healing is a process that requires patience TIME and faith. I still have numbness from time to time but not as bad as it use to be, therefore I’m grateful not having to drive to therapy or surgery is a blessing.

I can definitely tell the difference of the numbing of my hands before and after using the Thera wrap. Before, I always sleep with a wrist brace every night, now I am fine without it. Hopeful for more positive impacts soon

I have followed the 15 min. application.
I purchased two (one for each wrist).
I apply prior at bed time. And this has greatly reduced my carpal issues when driving ( 1-1/2 hour) commute the next morning.

They should stop the AI system to speak to some one abd the person that implemented it needs his head examined it causes problems and not practical. When you phone the billing department each time to sort the problem out each one tells you something different. If Ring do not get their act together they will loose a lot of customers

Great product & take time to get used to routine but so far so good.

I stopped using Gabapentin (600mg) per day, painkiller drug, just using the TheraWrap 10 minutes 3 times a day, doesn't seem to do anything except I'm not on drugs anymore. I can sleep better without the tingling pain.

Only just started using this product. I can’t comment yet as early days. The product itself is amazing so staying with it for now. I think I need more time to use it though before I can comment.

I would have liked the instructions to provide more information about the 4 different settings with suggestions on which one to start with. It would be beneficial to know the differences between them when starting out.

It really reduces the pain in my husbands hands. Maybe too early to tell since its only been few weeks since weve got it but so far its eases the pain he's enduring compare to before. Every night before he sleep he used it for 15 minutes and so far his hands don't feel numb when he wakes up .

I have been using it for a month now and have noticed improvements at night with less numbing of the hand. I'll keep using it as it's showing improvement.

I have found The after sale support second to none. Emails are very promptly answered which I find amazing.

I have been using the hand strap since I received it about a week and a half ago. I can't really explained or tell you that my pain has completely gone away but I do feel a difference since using it. I will definitely continue to use it and definitely share my journey.

It has really helps to stop the burning and tingling in my hands at night . I use it at least twice a day morning and evening. And also helps the arthritis . Highly recommend it for carpel tunnel and arthritis

The customer service is on point, always check to know how I am doing with the kit. and also good with the Kovaria.

Noticed a huge improvement in my hands.A lot less pain and I don't drop things as much as I used to.i can also make a closed fist which I haven't been able to do in probably two years.Highly recommend.
