Service was exceptional as always. we won't go elsewhere now as Ben always gives that personal touch!

Normally fussy with who does stuff to my bikes, however Ben is brilliant, quick and well priced. Has now worked on my lower range gravel bike, titanium bike, and my best bike. Perfect job on all three. Easy to find, and although you shouldn't expect it, he has worked around me each time as I don't finish work until later, but he will always try to help. Definatly recommend! **plus have a look at his new aero Road bikes and gravel bikes, just as cheap as bikes online yet you can sit on and have them made to fit unlike online**

I needed new hydraulic brakes fitted on my sons Voodoo bike, Ben was so helpful and accommodating, he booked the bike in immediately and has done an excellent job. I would give a million percent recommendation for anyone to take their bike for repairs KLCycles

Great guy! Managed to fit me in quick and work was carried out professionally. And was very reasonable aswell!

I was on a training ride today to have an annoying squeak from my bb90.

I called Ben if he could fix it on my return leg to home.

Which he did no questions asked then sent me on my way home no more squeak.
