Kitty & Miles Omdömen

Kitty and her team have been phenomenal, professional and efficient in understanding, sourcing and securing a property that suits our tastes. She was able to find a property in less than 4 weeks, something that if I were to do alone, would have taken me 6 months or more. Most importantly and reassuringly, she finds and appraises a property worth its value and not over priced. This experience is why I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a buyer's agent.

Thank you your help in keeping up with process to buy a property. Amazing service and fast replies.

Kitty gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process of purchasing a property in Canberra. Great communication, very thorough in her assessments of potential properties, and helped with all aspects throughout the process including sourcing a property manager following exchange. Highly recommended.

We are really grateful to Kitty for helping us make our first property purchase in Australia. Kitty's instructions and guidance were very clear, and having her at our side made the process incredibly smooth and stress-free - even in the midst of a highly competitive market and the covid lockdown. We had worried that buying a place would be a drawn out process that would wear us down, but with Kitty's help it was quite the opposite. We were able to buy quickly and with complete confidence that we were making the right decision. Kitty's judgement in determining which properties we should pursue and what kind of offers we should make was invaluable.

Thanks to Kitty and your team for helping us buy our first home. As inexperienced buyers in a competitive market the process of buying, particularly at auction, can be overwhelming. Kitty was able to provide us with clear details of the process at every stage, as well as making sure that our budget was sufficient to give us a realistic chance at auction. Having someone in your corner to rely on has been invaluable, and even more so as the auction switched to online at the last minute. After trying to buy for a long time we are really glad we reached out to Kitty and Miles, most likely we would still be trying to buy.

Kitty & Miles provide a service that is exemplary. In a world where service delivery and outstanding customer service is often an afterthought it is the hallmark of the work that they deliver. Kitty & Miles deliver, again and again, on all of the commitments that they make to their customers. They are fearless advocates for their clients, making sure that their needs are met. Time and time again Kitty went above and beyond for me. The communication was incredible, I always knew where we were, and I always felt that Kitty was listening to what I needed. They deliver exceptional work that is worth every dollar spent.

Thanks Kitty and your team for helping us acquiring the block of Land to build our house!

It was a long journey as we did not have any experience in real estate and the process of purchasing a block is quite daunting! It has been so helpful to have you by our side: Planning, sourcing, guiding us through process, giving new idea, supporting us, being so flexible with us as we were reviewing our plans and strategy.

For people like us who start their journey in the market, you help was invaluable. Your expertise in the market, telling us when to wait and when to act quickly. Your experience in negotiation process: that took all the pressure away from us!! Your responsive answers to all questions! It has been essential for us to know we had someone their with us to count on.

I believe we would have given up along the way or maybe we would still be looking for the next 20 years, so big thanks for being with us on the journey!

Buying property in Sydney can be traumatic. Buying in Sydney when living elsewhere, even more so. Then add into the mix a pandemic and the most outrageous rate of change for housing prices in living memory. Luckily it was all too much for us and we decided to look for help. We found Kitty.

It was a long protracted process, with a number of failed purchase attempts along the way (the market was and still remains, just crazy). Throughout many months, Kitty and her team managed to feed us a steady diet of worthwhile properties to consider, regular market updates and a steady flow of pictures and videos of candidate properties to peruse. Kitty's positivity and energy levels remained high throughout and she never pressured us into buying despite the considerable duration of the process (to the contrary, she regularly counselled us to not fall into the vast FOMO abyss which these recent bizarre market conditions created).

Though we were beginning to think it would never happen, we finally found a wonderful home and with thanks to Kitty's advice, successfully purchased at a price which was well below what we thought the market could support.

Buying a property in Sydney, during a pandemic, with market prices raging at never before seen rates, while drinking a coffee on our balcony listening to the birds. Not too traumatic after all. Thanks Kitty.

After looking for 6 months and have no success bidding on properties we engaged Kitty and never looked back. From our first conversation I knew Kitty the market inside out and would be able to secure a property for us using the concierge service. Working with Kitty was wonderful, she was always there to respond to any questions/queries we had and has guided us step by step through the whole process. Kitty found us our property and her fast actions and amazing team secured the property at a fantastic price, saving us money and soooooo much of our time! We will definitely be engaging the services of Kitty and Miles in the future and just sorry we didn't engage her sooner!

After spending 18 months to 2 years in searching for my dream property, I engaged Kitty and her firm to assist me in locating and purchasing a property on the Northern Beaches.

As a single parent and Director of a leading business advisory firm, I did not have the time to continue looking at properties week in and week out. As soon as I spoke to Kitty, I knew she would be able to work with me in acquiring my property. The whole process was seamless from searching for the property to settlement.

I highly recommend Kitty and her team as they were great to work with and extremely professional.

As an agent I deal with lots of buyers agents, but Kitty Parker and Bree Davis were fantastic. The followed through on what they said and were easy to deal with. 11/10

The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Kitty explained everything along the way in perfect detail, with the utmost professionalism, and helped us get the exact house we wanted in a very short timeframe. Would highly recommend.

Her passion, industry connections, attention to detail, negotiation skills and ability to navigate the property market makes her a powerful asset in the corner of anyone looking to acquire a property.

Having used Kitty & Miles to purchase an investment property, I have nothing but praise for their service. They did all the ground work and found exactly what I wanted, and under budget. It was a bonus that they bought pre-auction for me and a quick settlement. I am already enlisting Kitty & Miles to find another property for my kids now.
