Kitty & Miles Omdömen

Kitty was great to work with on the purchase of a property for her clients.

Kitty has been amazing. Having her in my corner while searching for a new home has made all the difference. Kitty communicated with me regularly, took a real interest in what I was looking for and is very efficient. Without her help I don’t think I would be moving into the home of my dreams. I cannot speak highly enough of her service . Very grateful.

Kitty is the best person you can get in Sydney. She knows the market and will work with you to make sure you are equipped with the knowledge to purchase your next property. Very happy with her services

We engaged Kitty & Miles to find us a home based on our specific requirements & preferences. They did all the work, viewed houses with us, gave recommendations on how houses could be adapted to our needs, but never pushed us to accept a house unless we were happy with it. They gave us recommendations on the market price for houses as well. The communication was fantastic and the service was above and beyond, continuing until the settlement on the house we finally bought.

Kitty and her team made the process of purchasing our investment property painless and seem less. We were kept informed at all stages and the proactive communication made for a stress free transaction.

Kitty did an amazing job helping us locate our new home in our dream suburb. She handled the negotiations perfectly and made it very easy. We also appreciated Kitty giving us the odd nudge here and there to make (the right) decisions!

Kitty has a detailed knowledge of the market and understood where we needed to be with budget to secure the kind of property we were after. She also guided us with the sale of our own home to achieve a great price.

The service provided by Kitty & Miles was great and they genuinely seek to get a feel for what you really like in sourcing the right properties. Sydney is a very competitive market for good properties and without Kitty I wouldn't have been able to secure my property. I'd been looking for months before I hired Kitty & Miles and within weeks had my property.

As an agent, property transactions with first time buyers can be difficult to navigate. I worked with Briannan Davis (buyers agent) in the sale of my clients apartment and found her to be efficient, transparent and a good negotiator. We worked late into the night to get the deal done and if it wasn’t for her expertise/experience, her clients may of missed out on a great apartment. Thank you and well done Briannan.

I have just acquired my first property in Australia thanks to Kitty's diligence. I am a very busy woman, so at the start of this process I decided I should rely on the services of a buyer's agent. I had inquired at other agencies, and always ended up with a feeling that I was talking to a snake oil's salesman... until I spoke to Kitty Parker. From the very beginning I had a strong gut feeling that she understood this process at a very deep psychological and individual level, far from having a cookie-cutter approach. And my gut feeling was absolutely right. She is upfront, analytical, meticulous with exquisite attention to detail and very efficient. In less than one month, I found just what I was looking for thanks to her and the rest of the team. Absolutely recommendable.

Very easy to work with, As an agent, Kitty and Bree were responsive, professional and straight to the point. Would be happy to work with them in future to secure alternative properties

Kitty and her team helped us find a dream home. She provided strategic advice on market trends, was responsive to our needs and is an excellent communicator. She's good at negotiations tactics when it comes to putting in an offer. You can trust her, and she delivers.

The thing that I appreciated the most about the experience was that regardless of how fussy I was or difficult it was to purchase a property during a lockdown you always felt that her goal was to get you into a home that you love.

I think she's one of the few people I know that genuinely loves her job. Go with them you won't regret it.

Kitty is excellent at what she does. She works really hard to understand what you want and then deliver that to you. She is professional, knowledgable and strategic in her approach. Kitty is an ally.

Great to deal with, the team were professional, prompt as well as being nice and polite. Would highly recommend their services.

Jodie and the team at Kitty and Miles have been excellent to work with during my interactions with them so far. They assisted their client in purchasing a house in Redfern though our agency, which resulted in a terrific price for our vendor and ensured that their clients were able to move into a home they fell in love with. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone who requires assistance with purchasing a home in Sydney, which has easily become one of the most competitive Real Estate markets in the world, and I very much look forward to working with them for years to come.

If you require a professional who is fast and proficient, and actually delivers results you can be delighted with, Jodie and the team at Kitty & Miles are your Buyers Agents.

Kitty and the team were lovely to work with from start to finish. After having tried to purchase a property for a year with no success, we managed to secure our family home within weeks of engaging Kitty and Miles. We will never buy another property without their services again!

Kitty & Jodie represented the buyer who was successful in purchasing a beautiful home through us at auction. Throughout the campaign, the team were a delight to work with and it’s always a pleasure to work with a supportive buyers advocate that excels in communication & professionalism. A great result for our client & a great result for theirs. Thank you! – Ayre Real Estate

I’ve been recommended Kitty’s bidding services by one of my best friends who’d engaged her services to acquire their unit in auction last year. I have to say that my decision to engage Kitty & Miles’ team as my buyer’s agent has been the best one I’ve made since I started my property search many months ago.. Kitty was not only thorough in her appraisal of the property and her pre-auction preparations, she also kept her line of communication open with very sound advices throughout. I felt like I’d not only attained significant knowledge of the property and the market at the time, I’d also gained plenty of confidence from her consultations. On auction day, Kitty was unsurprisingly in her best form and won my dream home for me! Her professional follow-ups post-auction with my broker and solicitors have also been such a life saver. Unquestionably, I would recommend Kitty’s services to anyone serious about buying!

As first home buyers, getting into Sydney's property market was extremely daunting. Kitty and her team made this process seamless and provided sound, timely advice which resulted in us purchasing our first home via auction. Kitty helped us to understand the real price of properties (compared to online price guides). Kitty and her team provided a comprehensive report on properties that we were interested in which helped us make an informed decision when choosing a property to pursue. Without Kitty, we would not have been able to acquire our property at a competitive auction. If you are looking for expert advice about Sydney's property market and how to acquire a property for the best price, Kitty and her team are the right people to help you!
