Kitty & Miles Omdömen

We worked with Kitty to get a property whilst being overseas. Kitty was a consummate professional, had extensive expert knowledge, always spent time to explain and provide her insights whilst keeping our needs top of mind and never making us feel pressured through the process. We really valued her work ethic and expertise, the property we ended up getting would not have been possible without her. Trish also takes excellent videos which is important when we can’t view the property personally.

Kitty was absolutely fabulous to work with during the sale of 102/7 Parraween Street. Incredibly knowledgeable, diligent, thorough and responsive - even taking calls late in the evening. I was very impressed at how hard she worked for her client!

I recently worked with Kitty and had a fantastic experience. She was straightforward, honest, and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for her clients. A great person to deal with. Professional, efficient, and easy to communicate with. Kitty is a real hunter when it comes to finding the right property. I 100% recommend her to anyone looking to buy.

Kitty is a great buyer's agent. Practically held my hand the whole journey. Went above and beyond to land me my 1st property. Would recommend to a relative or friend. Thanks again Kitty.

Kitty is lovely to work with, upfront and transparent with their client expectation & Budget.

Trish reach out shortly after the property gone live, and very clear about what their client is looking for. Understanding the local market which allowing her to put their strongest/fair offer early, in order to secure the property.

Cant wait to work with you again

Kitty and her team recently purchased a property from me in Randwick. I cannot recommend them highly enough for any prospective purchasers looking to use the services of a Buyer's Agent. Not only did they secure the property off market for their client, but Kitty also personally negotiated the deal on a Sunday. I believe they negotiated hard for their client but also didn't get in the way of their client securing the property. I look forward to working with Kitty and her team in the future.

As first home buyers, we were finding it difficult to navigate the Sydney market. Kitty and her team were patient and detailed, walking us through every step of the way. It was incredibly refreshing and comforting to feel like we had a strong advocate for our needs in this process. After months of looking with no success, we purchased our first home only weeks after engaging Kitty. We'd strongly recommend Kitty and her team to anyone in our position and can't wait to work with them again.

Great communication, great service and level of availability, really in tune with what I was looking for and wanted, gave great advice and went beyond what I expected. Clearly has lots of expertise and knows all the right people for a successful and seamless experience.

After having a bad experience with a previous buyers agent, I did my research and eventually found Kitty and Miles.

Even before my husband and I started the process with Kitty, she already began educating us and giving us statistics about the area we wanted to buy in. This gave me confidence that she would be the right person to bring into our property journey.

Right from the start, she found houses for us that ticked the boxes for us and were in our price range. It already felt like she knew what we were after.

Once we found a house that we wanted, Kitty was very strategic in how she began to negotiate. She was able to pivot with the market and secure us our first PPOR home that we loved!

Above all, Kitty kindly and promptly answered all my questions and gave me the reassurance that the house we chose was good quality and also one that would generate capital growth and backed this up with data (which I loved because I’m a maths teacher).

I have already begun recommending her to all our friends and will be engaging with her again in the future if we need to.

Kitty's professionalism, politeness, and understanding of both their clients' needs and the vendors' circumstances facilitated a seamless and pleasant experience. Effective communication, marked by clarity and timeliness, undoubtedly contributed to a positive experience. Monique, Belle Property Balmain

Working with Kitty twice has been nothing short of excellent. From the outset, her honesty and professionalism set the tone for a smooth and transparent process. She goes above and beyond to assist her clients in finding their ideal property, and her communication skills ensure that you're kept informed and engaged throughout. I highly recommend Kitty to anyone seeking a committed and dependable buyer's agent.

Working with Kitty Parker from Kitty & Miles Buyers Agency was an absolute delight during the recent sale of a 3-bedroom unit. As a selling agent, I was thoroughly impressed by Kitty's professionalism, communication skills, and market expertise. From our initial interactions to the smooth closing, she showcased a level of dedication that sets her apart in the real estate industry. Kitty's ability to build positive relationships, coupled with her strong negotiation skills, ensured a seamless transaction for both parties. I wholeheartedly recommend Kitty Parker and Kitty & Miles Buyers Agency to anyone seeking a committed and knowledgeable buyers agent. It was a pleasure collaborating with her, and I look forward to future opportunities.

Kitty took the time to understand our situation and specific requirements. With her team, Kitty identified a number of options for us to consider and then guided us through the purchase process. Kitty also provided a good sounding board to answer our numerous questions.

Kitty and her team recently assisted me in purchasing my first apartment and I cannot recommend her services enough! Kitty's expertise, commitment, and attention to detail are second to none. Kitty's assistance has been invaluable and I would not hesitate to recommend Kitty & Miles to anyone wanting a stress-free property purchase. Thank you again Kitty and team!

Highly personalised service with close attention to the brief. Kitty was a wealth of knowledge and made our first home purchase seamless.

Cannot recommend Kitty highly enough. Thorough, efficient and meticulous. She took the time to really understand my needs and the rest was history - 3 weeks later I had acquired my property! Will be using her again for sure.

Kitty delivers outstanding service and is a pleasure to work with. She is efficient, hands-on, patient, personable and is always focused on achieving the best outcome for her clients. I highly recommend her services and have recommended her to my family and friends.

We really cannot recommend Kitty highly enough. As first home buyers trying to buy a house in Sydney from interstate, it was a really intimidating experience and we were getting nowhere fast on our own! Thankfully we found Kitty and was able to utilise her Evaluation & Negotiation service to land us a great first home at the best price for our family. She was incredibly professional at all times, gave us really honest input and perspective throughout the process and was really on the ball with all communication. We would not have been able to achieve this without her and would recommend her to anyone - but particularly first home buyers! The process is confusing at the best of times and the Sydney market is so fast moving that it’s so amazing having someone like Kitty in your corner! Thank you Kitty!!

Kitty was an absolute asset to me when buying my apartment!

I was very happy with the quality of Kitty‘s work. At every point she was both professional and helpful. And the final result was that I got the house I wanted for a much better price than I would have been able to negotiate myself. Highly recommended.
