Easy purchase experience and was pleasantly surprised with a classic yellow Brazil shirt! Shipping time was fairly quick considering it was shipped over seas. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s a great little business, offer different shirts from your retro ones to the more modern ones! Complete mystery until you open your box, which is a really cool idea! (but don’t worry you can select teams you don’t like!!) Delivery’s are pretty quick, if ever there’s a problem they are always reachable on insta, very friendly!! Would definitely recommend!

Contrary to some people, the customer service wasnt too bad, the wait wasnt too long and the responses were helpful, the box did arrive late by about 3/4 days but I can cope with that. One of the shirts was mint condition, the other had a few details that weren't up to scratch mostly inside the shirt so you wouldnt normally notice them. The two shirts could of been bought for £40 combined, considering I spent about £64 its not awful and you have to remember they need to make a business, I do think long term customers and multiple orders deserve to be rewarded a little bit more however.

They definitely aren't as bad as made out to be and everyone has to make a profit to keep their business alive.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

So i ordered 2 Modern Mystery boxes on 29th October told it will be 2-5days but never had confirmation email or anything saying the order was in process. so contacted them via Email and Instagram i got 1 reply which just asked for an order number and then 0 contact after that.

The boxes finally arrived 11th November to find 2 shirts from team of the same league teams in Brazil who are currently 4 points separating them the the division im not too upset but would of like at least some different colours then both being white.

Had a quick look on Google to see how much they are and i could buy the same tops from MandMDirect.com for £14.99 and £15.99

Its a massive SCAM as half the kits they send out you can purchase for half the price the box costs on MandMdirect and you will get it faster and get a better service.

Received a top with inferior printing and struggling to contact company to get this replaced! Strangely the only email we have had regarding this is from Joe Hatterhill who is the only person who has given a positive review of Kitplug on this site???

Ordered a kit and received the wrong size. Emailed several times and tried to contact on instagram with no response and have yet to receive the correct kit. Scam, Don’t buy.

I’ve bought a retro kit about 4 months ago. I received it fairly fast since I live abroad. Unfortunately, I got a modern kit instead. After contacting the support site, I was promised a retro one. Fast forward 3 months, I haven’t gotten any responses on my tries to contact them, and still haven’t gotten what I’ve paid for. The retro kits are more expensive then the modern ones.

Don’t buy there, you’ll get scammed.

My son ordered a England shirt for the Cup final 2 weeks ago .
It came last week covered in mould which couldn't be removed from a white top.
Upon emailing them they asked for an order number which we sent
This was over a week ago and now after 3 or 4 more emails they refuse to answer .
They have no phone number to get in touch with them either
Now we're left out of pocket and a shirt we can't wear
100% DO NOT USE THIS DODGY COMPANY
