Had an issue with kit not arriving and then the one that turned up came up too small (our fault for wrongly ordering Small). Returned the shirt and promptly received a new shirt which was great. No complaints at all and great customer service from Joe.

My son ordered a shirt beginning of June. After 2 weeks he contacted them to say he hadn’t recieved it. They replied it was delivered. He responded to the email to say it wasn’t. We haven’t heard anything since. Even though we have emailed numerous times via the site, responded to email address and even emailed via Instagram -nothing. No phone number either to call.
So annoyed as he used his 18th birthday money to buy it.
Think this is a bogus company snd advise don’t try and buy anything from them.

Delivery said 2-4 days it took 9 days. After the 5th day of waiting I asked for a cancellation and I asked again on the 7th day of waiting and no one responded. After finally receiving my kit which was in shocking condition it was stained and very dirty. I’ve been emailing for a week for a return shipping label and I’ve heard nothing since. Poor customer service.

Shocking do not buy! purchased a retro mystery box and received a fake shirt. I informed the company about this through instagram and they denied it and when i provided evidence i was never replied to. Also on their website it says to email them for a return so i did that completing all the requirements needed and i am still yet to receive a reply. I have tried to phone the company several times and not once have they picked up. A complete waste of £35, do not recommend unless you want fake shirts for a rip off!

Ordered an adult mystery box on the 11th of Jan, just arrived today. Was pleased that it arrived despite it being 1 week late. I contacted them several times on email and social media to have no response. When the shirt did arrive I went to try it on and they have sent a kids size, luckily my brother is that size but still very annoying. Do not buy from here…

Placed order on 8/12 - shipped 9/12 - no order received and no further shipping details.
No telephone number to call to chase and I have sent 4 emails on separate days and no response.
Looking at the reviews saying "good customer service" I am sorry but customer service does not exist with this company.
How do you get in touch with them???

great experience from start to finish. first asked if they shipped worldwide and admin got back to me within the hour. soon after ordered first kit after a week or two and loved the one i got. will definitely be ordering more in the future
