Kings loot got me!
Kings loot has a quality product, love the style, simplicity and of course their lifetime guarantee that shows how confident they are. It took a bit to arrive but I'm totally happy. They also respond very fast telling me they care about what they're doing and care of their customers concerns.

Upon receiving my new wallet
Upon receiving my new wallet, I was dissatisfied with the overall quality. I have attempted multiple times to submit a return request to no avail. Each time I enter either my order number or email address it doesn't show my order number in the system. As a result I can't complete the request online for return. Also I tried the customer service phone number, however it consistently rings busy. I wish to return this wallet however the above issues are preventing me from doing so. Please help asap. Customer service helped me quickly and diagnosed quick self-fix I did not even know existed. Within seconds my wallet was good as new and I did not have to waste time mailing it in. This is my first product and I've had it 1 year and it looks like new. I have no doubt they would have gone further if needed and their communication was great, backing up our conversation on in emails.

Low quality luggage
I purchased what I thought to be a high quality suitcase and I spent extra money in comparison to other suitcase brands because I did not want to have to deal with the typical low quality that always comes with luggage. This company was no different and even though they say it comes with a lifetime warranty, it does not. I did not even have my suitcase a year and my suitcase kept busting open at the airport and the zipper kept failing. When I contacted customer service they want me to ship my suitcase back so they can replace the zipper. This did not fall on me to have to do anything. They should be sending me a new suitcase and I'm so disappointed in this company is quality and their customer service

I'm in love with my new wallet. The build quality is exactly what I would expect. I did have a warranty item, but they took care of a replacement with the speed and ease that I would hope for from an item in this price range. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another item from them.

I bought this for my husband's 64th birthday and it's his favorite wallet he's ever had. He shows all of his friends the feature of Poland up his credit card and we had a little problem with it and they sent us a brand new one for free it's a lifetime warranty. It's worth it.

Best Wallet Wver
Kings Loot is by far the best wall I've ever owned. I bought it because my other trifold wallets were so bulky and this one looks slim and really cool. I love the design and the money clip and how many cards it holds very securely. Their warranty claims department is awesome and super fast. No complaints here. I'll be buying plenty more of Kings loot while it's moving forward.
